Quo vadis, Israel?*

* "Where are you marching?"

The events of the last days aroused in me some kind of fears. The fears of an old player that has been among you for 7 years and has seen many things that has happened in this country. Both good and bad things for all of us.
In the last hours there have been acts that should not take place in the country of freedom and law, in my humble opinion.

After the presidential election, one of the members of the Congress proposed impeachment (removal of the president from office). Each member of the Congress has the opportunity to propose such a law. The law has been rejected. It didn't receive 66% of votes. However, not the act itself, to which every member of the Congress has the right, surprised me very much. I was surprised by the reaction of the incumbent president.

The president wrote in an inflow of anger an article in which he accused a member of the Congress, who proposed the impeachment of dirty play. Among others, he mentioned that the Congress member that proposed the impeachment uses multies (more accounts which are head by one man) what is, in my opinion, a total lie. The Congress member I am writing about is a candidate who was running for the presidency together with the current president.
What is more, the current President has ordered him to leave this country.

What the hell is it?

I will quote now what I said before the National Assembly:
_________________________________________________________________________________
"As long as we live in a democratic country, everyone should have their own opinion on a given topic. It's obvious that we disagree with others. However, if the basic standards of discussion, culture, and maturity are not met, then we have a poor person at the head of the state what is really sad."

(...)

"It doesn't matter if I agree or not with Filthy. It's not the point. The thing is he used one of the LEGAL acts that the game mechanic offers for EVERY Congress member. In every democratic nation of laws even if there is ONE voice of opposition it should be heard and discussed by our assembly (in the form of a conversation here or by putting the proposal directly).

The act of bratty behaviour, the act of anger and dictatorial inclinations** should pay your attention, ladies and gentlemen.
The emotionally unstable president of the country is a threat to the functioning of this country."

** How do we call country leaders that place democratic opposition behind the bars or make them leave the country in real life just because they disagree with them?

To sum up, I consider the behavior of Golden Mamba to be reprehensible. In a country of law, which I hope Israel is, everyone should be able to express thier opinion without consequences. The president's behavior is below any democratic standards.
This worries the old man, the old player, me.
