שלום, קוראים לי מיכאל ואני בן 26. אני גר בוורשה, עד לפה פרטים על החיים האמיתיים שלי. אני משחק באירפאבליק מעשירי לדצמבר, 2009 ונולדתי (במשחק כמובן) באי-פולין, שם גם התחלתי את הקריירה הפוליטית שלי כשר החוץ. לאחר שהסתיימה הקדנציה שלי, הצטרפתי לישראל בהזמנתם של דין מיכאלי ואנדריי (perfect.knight)
מאז אני חיי בישראל כמעט שנתיים שלמות!

עד עתה הייתי בישראל עשר פעמים בכנסת, ארבע פעמים שר החוץ (תחת וון פאלז, אנדריי ואוקטביאנוס בשתי קדנציות) וסגן שר אלוף בצה”ל הישן כאשר זהו היה הצבא היחידי של ישראל.
בספטמבר 2011 נבחרתי להיות נשיא ישראל, והקדנציה שלי הייתה, כמו שאנשים אומרים, טובה מאוד.

הדור הצעיר הוא העתיד! - משרד הפנים

באופן כללי, משרד הפנים יהיה מחולק לשלושה חלקים :
החלק הראשון, הוא השארת השחקנים החדשים במשחק.
שחקן חדש חייב להתעניין במשחק,חוץ מלשים הודעה יפה שתשלח לכל שחקן, חייבים לעשות משהו בנוסף לזה.
משרד הפנים חייב להיות משרד שיעזור לחדשים, ישלח להם מדריכים מוכנים מראש, וילווה אותם לאורך הדרך שלהם. שליחת הודעות פרטיות במשחק היא הדרך הכי מהירה שיש לגרום לשחקנים להבין איך מנגנון המשחק עובד. כמובן שאין דרך לגרום לכל השחקני החדשים לקבל הודעה מיד עם הגיעם למשחק, היות ואין דרך לראות את כל השחקנים שהצטרפו במחוזות השונים. זה למה ישנם אנשים אשר יקבלו הודעות וישנם כאלו שלא, אבל הדרך הכי טובה לעזור היא פשוט לשלוח הודעות בעצמך ולהציע את עזרתך. אנשים אשר יעברו הכשרה על ידי המשרד יוכלו לעזור לאנשים חדשים בצורה הטובה ביותר. כולנו פועלים למען מדינה אחת וכולנו צריכים לזכור את זה. מלבד הודעה חדשה, והודעות פרטיות, על משרד הפנים לדאוג לתחרויות שונות ומגוונות שיאפשרו לשחקנים החדשים לזכות בפרסים שווים ומעניינים. משרד הפנים יצור עמודה חדשה של הוצאות אשר יקראו לה "משרד הפנים", ושם ירשמו כל ההוצעות על פרסים שונים. כמו כן, משרד הפנים יחכה בברכה לכל תרומה שתתקבל אליו על ידי אנשים שמעוניינים לתרום קצת מרכושם האישי. בנוסף לזה, על משרד הפנים לדאוג ללמד את החדשים דבר או שניים על ההיסטוריה של המדינה במשחק ועל מה לעשות ומה לא. לא חסרים לנו מקרים של חבר כנסת חדש שמציע הצעת אויב טבעי על מדינה שנחשבת אצלו כאויב במחשבה שישראל היא מעצמה בלתי מעורערת.

החלק השני, הוא לשמור על שערי המדינה על ידי השגחה על חברי הכנסת הנבחרים. יש להצביע בעד החוקים המתאימים ולהצביע נגד החוקים אשר פוגעים במדינה.
אנחנו לא רוצים לתקוף בטעות את אחת הבריתות שלנו נכון?
המשמעת בכנסת היא הכרחית. דבר נוסף שצריך להתקיים היא קבוצה של אנשים שיפעלו כדי למנוע PTO במדינה. אם ישנה סכנה של PTO (השתלטות פוליטית), יש להזהיר מיד את חברי הכנסת והציבור.
בנוסף, חברי כנסת שפעלו נגד החוקים, עליהם להכנס לרשימה השחורה, ועל הרשימה הזאתי להיות מוצגת בפנים כל הציבור הרחב. ראשי המפלגות צריכים לדעת לא לאשר אנשים כאלו לריצה לכנסת.
ככה צריך משרד הפנים לעבוד בנושא זה, וככה הוא גם יעבוד, במידה ואבחר.

החלק השלישי, הוא הנסיון למשוך חדשים למשחק ולגרום לביבי-בום.
זהו החלק הכי קשה, על משרד הפנים לפרסם סרטונים, למצוא הדזמנויות (כמו מלחמה באחת האויבות שלנו) וכנ"ל, בכדי להביא חדשים למשחק. זהו החלק הכי קשה, ולפחות נאכל לומר, ניסינו, במידה ולא נצליח.



מדינה עם כבוד, היא מדינה חזקה! - משרד החוץ

תפקיד משרד החוץ הוא לשמור על קשרי החוץ שלנו עם בריתות שונות. נכון לעכשיו אנחנו מוקפים בבריתות שלנו, טורקיה, קפריסין, יוון ואיראן. עלינו לשמור על הקשרים עם המדינות האלו, כי זוהי הדרך היחידה לשמור על הבונוסים שלנו. לכן בשביל לשמור על הבריתות שלנו, אשלח לשם שגרירים. מלבד תוכנית השגרירים הנוכחית, אשפר את הנוכחית כך שהשגריר יהווה חוליית הקישור בין הממשלות.
בשביל עבודתו, השגריר יקבל משכורת סמלית. בניגוד לעכשיו, משרת השגריר תהיה משרה חשובה ומכובדת!
בשביל לייצג את ישראל בעד"ן,השגתי את הטוב ביותר, ויש לי חדשות טובות. בעזרת מאמץ רב, הצלחתי לשכנע את אחד מחברי, ואני יכול לאמר ללא שום חשש אחד מהאי-ישראלים המכובדים ביותר, ג'ון טי-גי להיות אחראי על הנושא ולשמש כיועץ האישי שלי. ביחד אנחנו מבטיחים לבזבז את הזמן שלנו בצאנלים סודיים של מדינות זרות, לייצג בכבוד ובגאווה את עדן, ולהפוך את ישראל למדינה שהיא לא מדינה חלשה ואפורה שמחזיקים אותה רק בגלל הדאמג' שלה. כמובן שנלחם לטובת הברית והמדינה, ונחתום על הסכמים כאלו ואחרים.



מדינה עם כוח היא מדינה חזקה! - משרד הבטחון

קודם כל , על המדינה לשמור על עצמה. המטרה שלי תהיה לשמור על הבונוסים הנוכחיים, ולנסות להשיג אחד חדש ( נפט מן הסתם).

משרד הבטחון מקושר יותר מכל למשרד האוצר, היות ומשרד האוצר הוא המשרד האחראי בין היתר ובעיקר על תקצוב משרד הבטחון.
תקצוב שכזה, יקרה לעיתים קרובות היות ומשרד הבטחון מבזבז משאבים רבים לתקצוב חייליו וקניית אספקה עבורם. לפני מספר חודשים החלטנו להקים את הצבא הלאומי, זה למה התקשורת בין שר הבטחון, הרב אלוף ושר האוצר חייבת להיות מצויינת ולא פחות. שלושתם חייבים להיות לא פחות מ-סופר פעילים ואם אבחר, הם יהיו ככה בוודאות.
עד עתה, באופן התאורטי, הצבא עובד בסדר. המפקדים פעילים והחיילים מבקשים אספקה. הנסיגה מתחילה ברמת הפעילות.
כל יום אנחנו רואים אנשים מעטים הנכנסים לצאנלים של ישראל וצה"ל (שוב אני מזמין את כולם להכנס לצאנלים בכתובת #eIsrael , #eIDF ) בכדי לשפר את הנושא הזה, אתחיל להגדיל את מספר ההתקפות המשותפות, שם חיילים יוכלו לקבל אקסטרה טנקים עבור השתתפות. במידה ויתאפשר הדבר, אנסה להגדיל את האספקה שמקבלים חיילי צה"ל. למרות שאין ממש מה להתלונן (אני זוכר את התקופה שחיילים בסיירת מטכ"ל היו מקבלים טנק רמה חמש אחד ליום).

כמו שנכתב למעלה, אנחנו הולכים לדאוג קודם כל לעצמנו, לא נתקופף תחת "בקשות קיסריות של איראן", ננסה לפתור את כל המחלוקות בינינו בשולחן המשא ומתן ולא בזירת הקרב.

כוחה של המדינה הוא הכח של צבאה והצבא הוא חזק כאשר האנשים רוויים, בטוחים, מאומנים היטב ופעילים!

כמו שנכתב למעלה, משרד האוצר מקושר להרבה משרדים אחרים. זה למה שר האוצר חייב להיות פעיל ביותר.

כל משרד יהיה מחוייב לפרסם דו"ח שבועי על המתרחש!

My name is Michael, I'm 26 and I live in Warsaw, that's about real life. In eRepublik I've been playing eRepublik since Dec 10, 2009. I was born (in eRep) in ePoland, and there I began my political career; in August 2010 I was Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs, after the cadence had finished I moved to eIsrael at the invitation of Perfect.Knight and Dean Michaely. Since then I'm in eIsrael (with one short break; a one year ago I was Minister of Immigration in ePL) for almost 2 years! So far in eIsrael I have been: 10 times in the Knesset, 4 times the Minister of Foreign Affairs (under Rheinlander von Phalz, Perfect.Knight and OctaviusJ x2), also vice Rav Aluf of eIDF, when it was the only army in eIsrael, together with RvP we reorganized it and we made the army has begun to function very well. In September 2011 I was the Country President of eIsrael. My term was - like the people have said - very good. More about my term you can read in my articles which were written during my term.



Youth is the Future - Ministry of the Interior

Generally speaking, the Interior Ministry is divided into three departments.
Purpose of the first department is to keep the young players in the game. The young player must get interested in the game. Aside from putting a clear welcome message to all new players it is needed to do for them something more. The Ministry of the Interior must try to teach new people how to play by writing or using earlier-made gudies and showing them to new players by sending private messages. Chatting with new players by sending private messages is the best and fastest way to teach new man how the game works and and other things important for young players. It is not possible to send messages to all the people who join the game by somebody from the Ministry because there is no possiblity to see all the residents of regions like it used to be. That's why some people can get overlooked by the Ministry and very important thing is to try to help a new, new, active people on their own. We are all playing for one country and everyone should care about doing for this country their best, inter alia by trying to keep new players in the game. Except of putting a clear message and sending private messages to new players the Ministry of the Interior will by trying to keep new players by organization of various competitions where the most active players will be able to gain many interesting rewards. Ministry of Finance will create a a special account of expenditure called "MoI" where the money for the rewards will be placed. Also the Interior Ministry will be waiting with hope that there will be found donors who will share their stuff and send money to the MoI for the rewards for new players. The next important thing is teaching new players the history and reality of our country. We do not need unexperienced and impulsive congress members, thinking that eIsrael is a superpower and proposing Natural Enemy on every country which - for them - is considered as an enemy.
The aspect of second department is guarding is guarding the interests of the Jewish state by keeping an eye on all congress members. The hostile proposals must be voted down and the suitable laws for the country must be voted up. We do not want to attack our allies "by mistake", right? The discipline in Knesset is necessary. Another thing is a whip-round from the medals and warning people against PTO (political take over) attempts. If it is needed, when there is a danger of PTO the MoI must organize a group of antiPTO people who will be voting up our, safe and dependable people. The congressmen acting to the detriment of the Jewish state by proposing hostile laws must be put on the blacklist and this list must be shown to the public. The Party Presidents will be informed not nominate them for the Knesset. This is how the MoI should work in this department and will be working if I get elected.
The third and last department will be dedicated to baby-boom. It is the hardest position. Looking for occasions (like wars against our enemies) for making promo videos in such sites like YouTube must be fulfilled by the MoI. Being non Israeli in real life it is hard for me to get any contact to the Israeli media, however, I know people who are actually in touch with them. Even if it doesn't work we will at least try!



Only Respect Makes a State Strong - Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The task of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to keep good relations with our allies and strengthen the position of eIsrael in EDEN. Currently we live in a moment when we are surrounded by our allies; eTurkey, eCyprus, eGreece, and eIran. We must keep good relations with these countries because it is the only way to keep our bonuses. To be in touch with our closest allies I will send there ambassadors. Apart from establishing new embassies, I would like to reform the current ones, so that the position of ambassador would be a link between governments. For a well done job such ambassador would receive a small salary. Position of the ambassador would be a serious position, and not, as yet more for fun. For representation eIsrael in EDEN, I have got good news. With great difficulty I managed to convince my friend, and I can safely say one of the best eIsraelis, John TG to be eIsraeli represenatative to EDEN and my personal advisor! Together we can promise to spend time on secret channels of allies, representing the glory of eIsrael and its affairs. We must do everything for eIsrael to become a respected member of EDEN, and not just an ordinary, gray member whom EDEN needs for influence in battles. We will also be fighting alongside with our friends and allies and we will be signing pacts with them.



Strong Army, Safe State - Ministry of Defence

Israel must first of all take care of its own business. So my goal is to keep our bonuses and also if it is possible to acquire new. (oil) Of course, taking care of our business we must not forget about our allies.
MoD is somewhat related to the Ministry of Finance because the MoF is the main source of funding MoD. Such fundings will happen very often because the MoD must spend money buying tanks for our soldiers in the national army - eIsrael Defence Forces. As I've said few months ago we have decided to have the national army. That's why the coopeartion to the Minister of Defence, Minister of Finance and the Rav Aluf of eIDF must be very well. All 3 must be very active and if I get elected they sure will be. So far, theoretically the army works fine. In every division its leaders are active, in every division there are people responsible for delivering tanks and so on. The only drawback is activity. Every day we can see just a few people joining the channels of both: eIsrael and eIDF. (I remind and invite at once all soldiers of eIDF to join the channel of our national army in IRC. The name of channel is #eIDF) To intensify the activity of the army I am going to organise more common attacks at appointed hour when the soldiers will be able to get extra tanks. If finances permit I will be trying to increase the amount of tanks and food given to the soldiers but actually especially in D1 no one can really complain about it. (I remember the times when the state was sending an elite unit of eIsrael - Sayeret Matkal only 1 Q5 tank per soldier)
As it was written at the beginning of this part we will take care of eIsraeli business first of all. We will not bend under imperial Iranian requests, of course we are going to solve all problems between our countries at the table not in the battlefield.
The strength of the country is the strength of its army and the army is strong when the people are replete, confident, well-trained and active!



Well-managed State is Never Poor - Ministry of Finance

Like it was written the Ministry of Finance is strongly linked to all other Ministries. That's why it is required that the MoF must be very active. To be the spending transparency the MoF will have to note every expenditure and every week the MoF will have to write a report with all the expensesand and publish it to the public opinion. About the principles of cooperation between MoF and MoI and MoD was written in MoI and MoD's parts.
