I will go to any extent if you put down another players contribution just cause you have more. You don't get the point do you? Its about ridiculing someone's contribution. i guess that's nothing right. I will try harder, but the PM your responsibility is more. Maintain peace, be humble when fellow citizens who vote for you, outrages once in a while. But good to know you rather take the side of your fellow minister. Atleast political unity is there. That's a good thing.

PS I did contribute to a very insignificant baby boom here, when I did get 4 new players to play for quite a while. Lack of support from political class let them give up after playing for a good 1 year. I am to blame to for giving up but i did try. I always tried but maybe not enough, but surely doesn't deserve to be ridiculed by questioning fellow players contribution.

Every contribution adds no matter how small it is. Every citizen tries to contribute and have good intention. there will be players who are better and has done more, doesn't give them the right to ridicule others contribution. One who contributes more shouldn't ridicule others contribution because one hasn't paid up. Keep the problem limited to financial issue, don't bring a players career over 1000cc. Solve it in a professional way. But oops sorry, who am I to say. What did I ever contribute? Right mr PM.

Being a "loyal Indian" is easy when most of your time you've been dead or not playing actively. Your account only has 13k strength and 14 hard workers medals in 6,5 years old. Can can boost about having brought in some Indian citizens but if they where as active as you are that is hardly something to boost about. You publish article about donation that is good and update it, that is also good. There is no need for any PM. But if somebody don’t donate then no need to push for it or blacklisting. We already have negligible players. I don’t know where are this donation goes and where spent as I see only Visor doing good work and surely some money spent on it. There is almost zero activity from govt. so I don’t blame any citizen who don’t want to donate as if they are donating they have right to know where money is spent. Lord Raja should not blame you as that money don’t goes to you. By the does ePresident donate?

Yes, I know some money go there as already mentioned. But there is no need to push for donation if somebody don’t want to do it.

da hex i deleted my own post, anyway the problem is that somebody did not reply, simple 2 words "NO" is sufficient to let us know and stop bothering him/her. Either he/she did not come online for 15 days and PM got deleted or something else but since he/she apply for Congress at least get he/she will get notified by the system and we already doing this donation stuff for a long time and once you are in Congress you should remember next time too

Having been on the "blacklist" myself, I was angry initially, for not being informed through a PM. But, stuff happens. People get busy, have other commitments. I fully understand what you've done for the country, being here for a very long time, acting like a guardian of sorts for India's interests and keeping the country safe from hostile PTOs.

Having said that, there's no need to devolve into name-calling and profanity. We are a very small community here and the last thing we need now is to be split apart, over a relatively small donation. This episode can become an opportunity - for a bit more accountability. Most people don't know how the money is spent, and I feel if clear and concise information in this regard was published, people would have no problems donating.

Accountability in government is especially important. For now, the ones in charge of the money are trustworthy and have good intentions. But, it is not far-fetched for an unscrupulous person to come in charge of the money in the future. People would continue to donate blindly without seeking any report on how the money was being spent and any discrepancy wouldn't be found until too late.

After chatting with my old friend Anubis.3 (and former MoE in my previous cabinets, who has also agreed to rejoin as MoE) from 9am to 5pm today and explaining to him about what was going on in eIndia since the last year, he has understood what I tried to convey and also answered all of his questions. I guess he has summed it up pretty well. Although some may disagree with Calvin or his actions, you can continue the healthy argument here if you have valid points but I sincerely request all of you to refrain from using any kind of verbal abuse. It could get you banned from erepublik.
