Türkçesini hazırlamaya üşendim 🙂 çokta geç kaldım zaten bunu hazırlamaya, eksik gedik varsa söyleyin ekleyeyim. HALK BANKASI 1 kurmayı düşündüğümüz orgun adı ama farklı bir adda olabilir. Yöneticiliği KARANİ yapacaktır. Şirket olarak ilk organizasyonda 1 Q5 Silah, 1 Q5 Ev düşünülmektedir farklı fikirlerinizi de belirtiniz. Her hisse 5 altın olacak toplam 200 hisse yani 1000 altın toplamayı düşünüyoruz. Hisse sahiplerinin de şirkette çalışması öncelik olacak.
Birde ne kadar yatırım yapmayı düşündüğünüzü yazarsanız ön talebi de görmüş oluruz yeterli talep olmazsa sadece silah veya ev şirketini kurarız.

-"Öğretmenim, ben de size bir şey sormak istiyorum:
-Karşıdan üç tane bayan geliyor, üçü de dondurma yiyor, ama biri yalayarak, biri ısırarak, diğeri de emerek yiyor dondurmayı. Sizce bunlardan hangisi evlidir?
-"Öğretmen kızmış ama, cevap veremedi dedirtmemek için belli etmemiş,
-"Emerek yiyen evlidir" demiş. Çocuk,
-"Olur mu öğretmenim ne alakası var, parmağında yüzük olan evlidir ama düşünce tarzınızı beğendim." Demiş.

c. Manager of HALK BANKASI(choosen by the President of Turkey) - Name (Signing for parties b and c)


With this contract ______ Agrees to buy ___ Shares from HALK BANKASI (Only the Companies owned by HALK BANKASI 1) . Each share is worth 5 gold. ____ will donate gold to HALK BANKASI as soon as he signs(I agree with the Contract terms) this contract.

In return ____ will be able to sell his shares to anyone at any time as long as HALK BANKASI gives permit. The shares are not shares of HALK BANKASI only the companies it owns.

Basic Terms:

1. HALK BANKASI 1is free to choose its shareholders, HALK BANKASI is free to open new organizations to be its branch.

2. Shareholders are prior to work in these companies,

3. If on purpose a shareholder work with low wellness, HALK BANKASI can buy the shares of that person by sending him worth of the shares(5 gold*a share) and fire him,

4. what penalties should be enforced by the Admin in case the contract is broken by;
a. HALK BANKASI, Admins compensate the worth of shares from the organization and give it to other party.
b. A Shareholder, HALK BANKASI impound the shares and free to sell them to other citizens.

5. what happens in case one of the parties involved modifies parts of the Contract or a signature by modifying the comments in the Contract topic, modified by;
a. HALK BANKASI, Admins compensate the worth of shares from the organization and give it to other party.
b. A Shareholder, HALK BANKASI impound the shares and free to sell them to other citizens

6. what happens in case one of the parties involved receives a permanent ban or parts or all the properties of that entity is impounded by Admin;
a. HALK BANKASI will be the new owner of the share and free to sell it to other citizens,
b. A Shareholder, his worth of share will be impounded from the HALK BANKASI organization(compensated by the organization if the worth of Cooperative Companies is not enough, Companies can be sold by the President of Turkey in any case of ban of HALK BANKASI) and will be given by admins to the shareholder,

7. what happens in case one of the citizens that signs the Contract dies;
a. if A Shareholder dies his shares' new owner will be HALK BANKASI and can be sold by it freely.

8. Other terms will be decided in Shareholders' meetings every week and decisions will be accepted by votes(%50+ of votes(1 share = 1 vote). Non attending shareholders' vote will be given by the manager of the HALK BANKASI
