We have reached the end of term again and it is time to say farewell. Congratulations to Sir Humphrey Appleby who is jumping back into the saddle and will lead us next month.

Thank you to my Cabinet, Monster Grinder, Sir Humphrey, Huey George, Matt Scazza and Keithunder, as well as Jiminy Christmas, Paul Tyndale and all of the others who have stepped up at one time or another to keep the show running.

Although we seem to be less in charge of our own destiny, we have developed a good relationship with our Asteria guests. This will continue in the new term but look out for some adjustments as we go into a new set of rotations for the TWs and RWs.

While we are working with Asteria, this does not stand in the way of friendly relations with other neutrals. Watch this space for new developments in that area, as some discussions ahve already begun.

for your patience over the last week or so, as we have negotiated our way into new occupation arrangements with Asteria and are starting new rotations of Training and Resistance Wars.

CODE has now left our regions and we would like to acknowledge the friendly relationship we had with them since the agreement last November. We were able to run smoothly for several months and maintain training wars. We also had an excellent service in the return of our taxes from occupied reasons. We thank CODE for all of this and the good times we had.

So, now is the time to surrender the passwords and hand over the keys. Some countries let their departing leaders do things like issue pardons and so on. Bearing that in mind, I hereby decree that Liverpool are the Premier League Champions ... ["what do you mean I can't do that ..." ] 🙂
