[USWP PP] New Term and Plans

Taking Office

President of the USWP, that's a position I never thought I'll ever hold. Although doing this now is somewhat different than having done so a few years ago, this is still quite special, following in the footsteps of eAmerica's greatest. I'm truly humbled and hope to be a USWPP worthy of the name. Thank you Carlos for leading the party in the last few months and for your support in allowing me to continue your work.



I'm no stranger to "party building", the basic formula is pretty straight forward :recruitment-media-activity-supply programs, and I've been to the eUSA's finest schools in this regard : Feds and SFP.

The USWP deserves something...else, as it's a different party. Throughout its history it was derogatively referred to as a "zombie party" or "elitists", a party not concerned with community development/activity, preferring to concentrate on government involvement, national agenda setting and high tier politics.

The eUSA doesn't need USWP to cultivate noobs and teach them about air fighting and how houses work. Not that any of this is unimportant, it is, but that's not what we're about. The USWP is here to lead and build national leaders: foreign affairs, advanced military tactics, economics, congressional workings... want to be CP? SoS? SoD? NSC? Speaker? I want USWP to be your home.

One can be cynical about this play style, but regardless, this is what I think makes USWP different, and I want to play to its classic strengths. I won't neglect quantity or traditional party building, but I'll try focusing on quality.



The Plan

Recruitment - We currently very low at 58-59 members, I'll try getting us to 70 targeting unaffiliated and new players. Please skip the multi jokes.

Media - USWP propaganda will emphasize the ideas I illustrated above. I want to do at least 2 this month. I hope that the executive will allow me to use an org to improve branding...I have an obsession with orgs.

Communication - I'll communicate daily on the USWP wall, I'll update on national stuff, and try stimulating discussion and involvement regarding macro-issues. Our forum crashed along with the rest of the eUS forum...we'll get it up and running again. All will be encouraged to participate on the national level in any capacity which suits them.

Supplies - I think that the WTP has the best party supply program atm...I'll try topping it, at least temporarily...and tie it with forum/discord activity to stimulate involvement.

USWP Leadership Academy - I want us to have a training program for high-end national mechanics...my vision is for it to be open to all...this is a quite ambitious venture...definitely will require more than one term to complete...but maybe we'll lay the groundwork this month.


One of the first things I did was to congratulate the other newly elected PPs...I want a USWP which is drama-free, open to all and focused on national prosperity. Find any of this interesting? Not a member? doesn't matter, drop a pm, maybe you can hop over for a few weeks, maybe we can do stuff together across parties...
