[MoFA] Rental Concession Deal With Canada!

The following contains the conditions of the Resource Concession Treaty between the Netherlands and Canada.


1. eNetherlands agrees to rent the resources Sand out to eCanada. The resource is located in region of Western Netherlands. This concession agreement is valid for 1 month and will be automatically renewed unless the government of the eNetherlands or the government of eCanada starts renegotiations or decides to terminate the agreement.

2. The region of Western Netherlands should not be attacked by anyone (not even in a TW), if another country (except eNetherlands TW partner) attacks eNetherlands regions, eCanada will set the defensive eNL battles as Prio 1 and will help to defend against the attack.

3. In case an eNetherlands TW partner conquers Western Netherlands, this region will be liberated as soon as possible. Once liberated the rental concession law shall be proposed and renewed by the Netherlands as soon as possible.

4. Canada agrees to pay a total sum of 50,000 currency for the Sand resource. This does not include the city taxes paid due to the increased taxable income. The increased city taxes will also be paid by Canada so that the disposable value of the deal totals 50,000 currency.

5. The GDP (percentage) tax money received from Canada via the resource concession deal will be used as a total sum from which we deduct the Canadian payment mentioned in the Art.4 (= Amount). In case the received GDP percentage money will be lower than the Amount, Canada will pay the remaining money via donation to the Treasury of eNetherlands. In case the received GDP percentage money will be higher than the Amount, the remaining GDP money will be returned to the Canadian treasury. The payment of Amount will be done each 14 days.

6. Both the Ministry of Finance of eNetherlands and Ministry of Finance of Canada will be keeping necessary records for the calculation of the tax income.
