Throughout this document, national governments of Croatia, Greece and Venezuela issue a Training War Agreement between Greece and Venezuela, and the lease of venezuelan regions and Rubber bonus to Croatia. In the present document, terms and conditions of this multilateral Agreement are regulated, so that the courtesy and the order can be maintained in a spirit of friendship and assistance between our three nations.

Article 1

---

The Training War between Greece and Venezuela will be held as following:

- Venezuelan Capital and Central Venezuela regions will be out of the Training War.

- Venezuela will have 4 regions for the Congress Elections.

- Greece will pay the 7th day of each month, 100% of the Tax Revenue collected from the occupied regions during the TW.

- The TW will be held in the venezuelan regions of Llanos, Guayana and North Eastern Venezuela (NEV), or according to the disposition between both of the Governments.

Article 1.1

If necessary, Venezuela can request to Greece to place Combat Orders in the battles of RW in favour of Venezuela. In this case, CC used will be deducted from Greece’s monthly payment.

Article 1.2

---

According to Battle Logistics, the training war will be held as following:

- Greece will win DB.

- Venezuela must win RW.

- RW battles not agreed will be won by Greece.

- Venezuela reserves the right of Opening the RWs to its convenience, in the hours that the venezuelan Minister of Defense decides. If the venezuelan MoD decides to lose a RW, he/she will have to inform the greek Government as soon as the battle starts.

Special Article 1.2.1

At any time, Venezuela can request to change the regions where the Training War are being held.

Article 1.3

---

In case of urgent matters by one of the involved parties, any sudden alteration in the normal functioning of the Training War will have to be communicated as soon as possible by the other involve party.

Article 2

---

Croatia will have possession of Zulian, Venezuela Andean and Llanos (if needed) to protect Rubber bonus of Venezuelan Capital rented for Concession + return of the 100% of the Tax Revenue collected from the occupied regions mentioned above.

Article 2.3

---

If it is necessary to alter the normal functioning of the Leasing Offer, all the involved parties will have to be informed as soon as possible.

Article 3

---

Every month, Governments of Croatia, Greece and Venezuela will open a direct communication channel between them, to help improving the dynamic and efficiency of this Agreement.

Article 4

---

The current agreement is valid for one month at a time and is renewed automatically the 8th day of each month.

---

Article 4.1

---

At any time, one of the Governments can request the revision and reappreciation of the Agreement, which have to be approved for all the involved parties.

Article 4.2

---

If one of the parties wants to cancel the agreement, it will have to inform to the other parties by the 7th or 8th day of each month and the agreement will be cancelled unilaterally.

Article 4.3

---

Venezuela can request to the rented countries the temporal use of certain regions of national interest for proposing laws of NE, DoW or any other law which has to be declared.

Article 5

---

The involved parties accord not to break the Agreement.

Article 5.1

---

In case of failure to fulfill this Agreement by any of the involved parties, the other parties can revoke it and apply sanctions they consider appropriate.

Article 6

---

English version of this Agreement is the only valid version, in case of disagreement or uncertainties.
