[Eire-FA] Farewell Aurora + Poll

Day 2,596, 13:57 Published in Ireland Ireland by Aras an Uachtarain

Hello eIreland,
recently there’s been much more to write about than there was a week ago, so this update is going to be a bit biggere than the last one. As you could see, our alliance has been dissolved by its memebers, we didn’t falled apart in a bad manners, we agreed that there is no future to continue doing things like we did last few months. The alliance got a little rusty and it lost its organisation and communication between its members.

Ireland in the 2014..
One thing is sure, it wasn’t Ireland’s fault, since the start of the alliance, as founding member we’ve done our best to keep the alliance active and we’ve tried hard to make our country contribute the alliance best way we can. In this things, we’ve been successful. Over the last year we’ve made many new friends and established some really good connections with lots of countries worldwide. I believe that 2014. was great year for Ireland’s diplomacy. In January, we was left out by main powers in the game who founded Sirius, you all maybe remember my conflicts with my RL country Croatia over this question, but it turned out to be the best thing which could happen to us. It made us found Aurora, turn to some other allies and close friends we had and we’ve had more success than most of Sirius countries. What’s even better, we made sure to gain respect from both Sirius and Aurora members because of the way we fight, work and contribute. Things with Croatia and other Sirius countries (even including UK) has been fixed and at this moment we’ve moved from ‘persona non grata’ to respectable and appreciated country of eWorld. I can’t think of any reason why someone wouldn’t like to have Ireland as ally and this is something you should be proud of, each one of you.

To Aurora..
We’ve been happy to expirience what feels like to be in Aurora, it’s been a good time and there was many unforgettable moments in this Alliance, so I’d like to take this opportunity to wish good luck to all its exMembers. I’m sure we won’t forget each other any time soon.

About the future..
Now, a thing which might occupies your minds most of all - the Future.
At this moment there’s still not much ‘talks’ in progress considering the new alliances, in this article I’d like to check on your opinion about who you consider to be our friend and ally. In the end of this paragraph you will find the poll which I hope you’re going to answer to so the Government can recieve directions on which way you’d like to go...opinion of citizens matters the most when it comes to alliances, there’s not much point joining any alliance our soldiers wouldn’t fight for. If we all make resposible decision and pick our friends with both heart and brain we’re going to have much success in Year 2015. too.

We will have several options, cosidering our geostrategical position and the fact we’ve made many friends we will be able to choose. Until something comes up, or until we come up with something we’re going to stick to our current allies. They can be sure that we won’t forget them when we decide our future alliance. If anything, Ireland has always been fameous for sticking to its friends until the end no matter of the size of our side. We’re bunch of loyal green bast*rds.

Current situation..
For now, since there’s no really new alliances, the poll will be made of the question I believe are going to be neccessary to take any future decision and when time comes to make this decision we’re going to have a referendum in which you all will be able to participate and give your opinion over the alliances, until then, we have to give our best effort to improve our country on our own, so we can make sure our allies can rely on us and not only the opposite.
