[CP] Warrior's Dawn

Day 4,071, 10:07 Published in Ireland Ireland by Aras an Uachtarain

Hello Eire,

It’s been a week into my term already and I believe we made some good stuff so far. My main was to start things up so everyone knows their duties and responsibilities. I believe that things are going to be very hectic as there are loads of projects in preparation phase and I’m sure you’re gonna appreciate it. Whole point of this game is to have community happy to come back and login each and every day.

With CO’s being removed (temporary) from the game things went much more active and communities are playing big part of military strategy movements and many more. For example, an active community which does coordinated strikes is now much more valuable in the battles too as that’s the only way to put loads of damage in the battle in a short period of time, there are no more big CO’s to sort such things. It makes me happy that this game is turning its focus on groups except on the individuals again. I even saw that there was a special weapons giveaway for fighting in a battle, which is great.

Alliance

As you all know we’ve been fairly active recently in the diplomatic aspect of the game. We’ve been looking for various solutions in order to make the gameplay more interesting. After months of waiting for someone else to do something we’ve decided to do it on our own. We’re still on the same direction, looking for the best alternatives, but at this moment it seems most likely that we’re going to work as hard as possible to organize our allies into a single, well organized, smart fighting machine. Our friends deserve this kind of support and all of those who’s been fighting on our side and kept losing most of the battles for so many years have deserved to have something organized to back them up finally.

It takes strong loyalty to keep doing this while losing. It’s easy to be in a winning alliance, or to spend time with friends if you both are on a winning side, it makes it harder if you’re losing. If you’re losing for years then it makes it almost impossible. But, we did it and now it’s time to make a joint effort in order to change that. Our diplomatic team is preparing to sort out such things, just after all of these battles are done.

It’s time to launch an alliance, a formal one, for numerous reasons. There are no wins if each country is doing what they think it’s best, there’s no coordination if there’s no communication and there’s no good plans if there’s nobody responsible for that kind of stuff. It will take some time, huge effort and loads of understanding to create it, but I’m sure that after so many years of sticking to each others our side is more than ready to do it. It would be about time, as we’ve been waiting for this for far too long, almost long enough to make more drastic moves. I don’t expect things to be done in only few days or week, but I do expect our allies to make an effort in order to organize our side much better than it is now.

The recent wars you could read about in our MoFA aimeisan’s articles are still ongoing and I won't bother explaining what aimeisan did great. I’ll keep things short and explain only several things. Our allies joined the massive group operation in order to help Chile, our ally against Asterian attack. Things are going much better than planned considering the amount of time we’ve spent to organize it.

Ireland has decided not to engage directly in those wars for several reasons, but the most important one is that we wouldn’t be really helpful in direct wars. Our main strength is airforce and we make the most of difference fighting in air battles. Fighting in direct battles is good because you make your soldiers fight harder when they earn money from TP medals. However, when you have a flying nation like Ireland does it makes no difference as you won’t make TP medals for fighting in air and someone else would have to take care of the rounds which are not air rounds. It makes no difference for us if we fight for our ally or for Ireland, except the moving tickets cost.

We’ve never been afraid to join any kind of battles and we don’t have anything to prove by making moves which wouldn’t be anything more than show off. We choose being helpful ally who takes care of others than rather than an ally asking for help in 3/4 rounds.

Supporting good projects

Recently, I’ve proposed and our Congress approved funding of good projects in eIreland. As I already said we want all of our efforts to be coordinated, therefore we’re supporting projects which helps in making that happen. Our goals and plans are to recruit many more people to eIreland, our task in order to achieve that goal is to make as many benefits as possible for all those new and current citizens of eIreland. Our politics, starting from interior office to MoFA and MoD duties must be coordinated and then the effect will multiply.

We’ll fund three different things with a total budget of 450 000 IEP per month. Before being able to do so we had to build some reserves and that process is finally done. At this moment eIreland has about 3,8 millions worth tanks, gold or currency. We’re secured for months to come, even if they return CO’s. Usually, most of the money spent for defending eIreland is private anyway. We all give what we can give.

Now, once we built reserves we could track our incomes. Ireland has been making nice incomes per month, figure is somewhere around 750 000 IEP per month. This makes us able to fund good things and still keep saving up some of the funds. I just felt it’s about time we return some of the public money back to the people as we’ve been saving up for a long time. The two main ongoing projects in eIreland are Irish Army and aimeisan’s Air Project. Those two great projects are compatible with all of our goals and plans for the future. Funding those two will only make our efforts more worth and our goals easier to achieve.

Irish Army gathers most of the active Irish citizens, it’s obligated to follow the Government priorities and its probably the most organized MU in eIreland for a long time. Considering all of this I’ve decided and Congress approved it to support Irish Army members with a budget of 250 000 IEP per month. Since Plato stopped funding good things in communities (temporary) Irish Army has stopped suppling its members as it used to. Slua has been funding most of it on his own and considering the amount of people included in Irish Army, considering the promotion our national MU is providing for us we’ve decided to raise the bar and fund it.

The second main project we’re starting to fund is aimeisan’s Air Project. It gathers almost everyone in Ireland who provide damage in the air battles. Any Irish citizen is eligible to apply and join the project and aimeisan has been funding this for months. It’s time to help him to cover the costs of the project with as many as we can. Honestly, I hope this figure will rise in the future, when our income does, but the proposed and approved budget we’re giving to aimeisan is 150 000 IEP per month. He’s rewarding members of the project for a damage they make in battles which are Government priorities so it’s money well deserved.

If there are any other projects that gathers big amount of people and its leaders believe it’s compatible with the Governmental goals feel free to apply for funding by sending me a message. Also, we still have about 300 000 IEP per month being a surplus and being sent to our orgs. All of that money is being used to trade on the markets.

Since there was no one appling for MoF position I kept charge in there too. So, basicly I’m still Minister of Finances. My plan was to teach Sir Jack Sparrow how to work on the markets, but he’s too busy to do anything at this moment. It will be a bit harder to cope with both jobs, but I’m more than willing to give my best.

As I mentioned already we’re currently running on ~3,8m IEP in reserves. Most of it is invested in Q7 tanks at this moment, some of it is in gold and the rest is in currency. We’ve had three donation over the past 15 days, all of them worth 400 000 IEP. Hale Kane took back his donation from the previous month as it was donated in order to invest money, so we had 1 million less comparing to previous months. The only expenses we’ve had was a donation to UK when we had a TW with them. I’m still not sure why we agreed to give them taxes back, but we had to respect that.

Reserves are only spent for investing in the markets, trading on the MM and such things, we’re not spending it on anything else. In order to avoid complications I’ve sent Slua and aim their budgets from the org and we’ll refund orgs with a donation from the treasury when it reaches 400 000 IEP again. It’s being payed from our incomes, we’re just not delaying it until we have enough to donate. Oh, and you can expect the Bank of Ireland to be opened again.

To sum up:
Reserves fun😛 3,8m (counting the 400k sent to Slua and Aim)
Treasury money: 330k
Income per month: ~750k
Irish Army budget: 250k
Air Project budget: 150k
MoC budget: 50k

Make Ireland better!

We’ve started several projects in order to attract people to our beautiful country. Firstly we had to make sure that current and future Irish citizens have as many benefits here as possible. Except the main ones such as stability, friendly community and the honor you can brag about by being the Fighting Irish we’ve made sure our air fighters get everything they need. Aimeisan has been funding them for their damage on a daily basis. Irish Army has been covering for the food and supplies (until recently) and we’ve all acted very inclusive to the new people.

We have various nationalities in here, we have many different characters, we have people coming in and going out, but those who stay here will surely stay until the end of their eLives. We’re just that kind of a community. I’ve been playing this game in many other countries and believe me there’s no such place like eIreland. When you have this kind of community it’s easy to make good decisions, have fun and make people feel this as their home. And that’s what we do the best, we make people stay, we make people love eIreland. Afterall, not many countries can brag about being The Fighting Irish.

In order to further improve the number of people coming over we’ve started several projects you’ll be able to read more about in the coming days. I’ll just say that Celadori Cotis, Trito and Mike Bane are working hard in order to make people come and stay here. What we need to secure is - everything else. So, when you see a new member of our Republic, make them feel welcome.

We’re on our way ensuring everyone who fights according to our priorities a good bunch of supplies, cash and food. At this moment almost everyone are being rewarded for their damage, just in the past few days I’ve received almost 20 000 IEP for my damage, which isn’t too big. Anyone can do the same as all of our projects are open to everyone.
