[CP] The agreement between eIsrael and eIran

The governments of eIran and eIsrael reached an agreement on renting by eIsrael the region of Al Riyadh to eIran.

eIran will be obliged to pay a fee for renting. The amount of money that eIran will need to send eIsrael is 70,000 cc in 3 parts; 30.000 on conquest day, 20.000 on Oct 15th, and 20.000 on Oct 25th (the same manner in following months if continued) if something bad happens to the economic module and/or any fast drop of money transactions below 1 Gold=333 cc; the governments of eIran and eIsrael will make another meeting in order to discuss the situation and consequently neccessary changes in financial terms and/or political conditions.
The 1st deposit of money will be transferred to eIsrael National Org (http://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/citizen-accounts/1298037) immediately after the conquest of the Al Riyadh region.
The 2nd and 3rd will be transferred upon the above mentioned timetable to the same Org.
The duration of the agreement is 30 days. (it can be extended by the next Country President of eIsrael)
eIsrael will be obliged not to impede eIran getting the region of Al Riyadh, and then not to fight against eIran in RWs also eIsrael accepts not to intervene in any possible RW in Iranian regions either by supporting RW, direct or indirect supply of weapons and goods, or direct confrontation and fighting against eIran.
eIsrael accepts not to to fight in any other battle against eIran.

The above mentioned terms are respected by both parties, and could only be broken upon bilateral agreement.
The agreement will enter into force at a time when eIran conqueres the region of Al Riyadh.

ממשלת ישראל הגיע להסכם יחד עם ממשלת איראן עבור השכרת אל ריאד לאיראנים.
איראן תשלם תשלום חודשים עבור השכרת אזור זה.
סה"כ הסכום שאיראן תשלם לישראל הינו 70000 מטבע מקומי. 30000 ביום הכיבוש, 20000 בחמש עשרה לחודש, 20000 בעשרים וחמישה בחודש. (כנ"ל בחודשים הבאים במידה וההסכם ימשך). אם תהיה ירידה חזקה בערך המטבע (עד כדי מצב של g=333CC), ממשלת ישראל וממשלת איראן ידונו בשינוי תנאי החוזה. התשלום הראשון יועבר לידי ישראל בארגון האוצרhttp://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/citizen-accounts/1298037
מייד לאחר כיבוש אל ריאד. התשלום השני והשלישי יבוצעו לעיל בהתאם להוראות מעלה.
אורך ההסכם שלושים יום. הממשלות הבאות יוכלו לבחור האם להמשיך את החוזה או לא.
ישראל תהיה מחוייבת לבטחון אזור זה, משמע לא להלחם נגד איראן באותו אזור. על ישראל נאסר לתמוך במרד באופן מכוון, לחלק אספקה למען כיבוש אזור זה, או להעביר תשלום עבור שכירי חרב.
איראן מחוייבת לא להלחם נגד ישראל בכל מלחמה שהיא.
ההסכם הנ"ל מכובד ומאושר על ידי שני הצדדים.
ההסכם יכנס לתוקף החל מרגע כבישת איראן את אל ריאד.
