Hello everyone!
As we have all noticed, Plato has recently radically changed the game by implementing Protector Points.
Most of us did not initially understand what these points involve, but now it is quite clear that they decisively influence the power of each player on the battlefield.
The details given to us at Latest Updates were mainly for the ground and very little about the air, giving us the impression that the changes will be similar.
Now we know is not.
We were not informed about the situation in which a player changes his citizenship what happens with Protector Points.
To me, being a globe-trotter, it was a "hit under the belt", because by chance at the time of the change I was with Croatian citizenship, just to get a decoration in this country.
Now, due to this untimely change, I lost all my years of fighting in the air because the Protector Points corresponding to my rank as Air Commodore * were completely unfoundedly assigned to Croatia, a country I will never fight for.
My concrete proposal for Plato is to give us a time window of a few days and a deadline in wich to decide our citizenship where our experience gathered in air will remain definitively.
The sooner the better, this would fix the hard-to-understand and frustrating changes for many of us.
I believe that game-administrators have nothing against globe-trotters or those who temporarily change their citizenship, otherwise it could make it difficult to do this by introducing more conditions to change CS.
I made a ticket in this regard and the answer was “it worked as intended”.
However, I don’t think Plato want us to be punished intentionally.
Or not?

We all know you rarely explain the full extent of implications and we all have to do a lot of guess work. You are already on my bad side, don't prove once more that this place is unworthy of our time. Give Mentalist a discharge document if this means he can bring his plain back home or solve it in another decent and fair way!

Actually, the minimum acceptable number of discharge documents is 2. He doesn't need a whole Moldavian fleet.

Ai primit deja ceva de genul asta http://prntscr.com/1w3ikxd ? E interesant de stiut daca avionul isi pastreaza nivelul, pentru ca... hm, eu m-am pricopsit deja cu doua avioane in eRO si ambele au lvl 13. Ce se intampla cand folosesc documentul si apoi vreau sa inscriu avionul in alta armata?
Nu se intampla nimic, o iei de la zero in noua armata...
Atribuirea unui avion unei tari iti da doar posibilitatea de a beneficia de acele Protector Points obtinute pentru acea tara.
Acum cand lupti pentru orice tara, in aer sau ground, se genereaza niste Puncte de Protectie.
Daca atribui un vehicul (avion sau tanc) ti se adauga la damage acele puncte, daca nu ramai doar cu damage-ul de baza de la rangul pe care il ai in aer, respectiv ground.
Daca schimbi vehiculul, nu se intampla nimic, e doar un skin, o imagine, si nu e nevoie decat de cate unul pentru fiecare tara si camp de lupta (unul la aer, unul la ground)

Time window proposal would be nice indeed, but now it will not solve the situation.
I think now most of us understood what happens and we can decide where we want to place our experience.

the reason why Plato gives little explanation so that he can implement another loophole for this 'Protector of Nation' system..

That windows was that week between first and second announcements/updates. It was fairly obvious it is tied to your (current) citizenship country (how could they have done it otherwise?). And there is no difference whatsoever between ground and air.
PS. You didn't completely lose all those years. The air bonus is just that, a bonus. Your air rank is still there, you just started again (from 0) with the (extra) bonus for your "new" citizenship country. Eventually (in this life or the next) you will reach air protector 50/50 for your desired country.
PPS. I only changed CS once (since 2009).
My current (and my final) CS is moldavian, but the bonus remained in Croatia 🙁
The week between announcements was for correction first updates and don't give a clue about the magnitude of changes - the proof is that even now many do not understand all the underpinnings of changes.
And it's a big difference between ground and air: in ground they put the bonus for biggest rank achieved (Legend) in the country where it was obtained, but not in air (Commodore).
For surely I lost all my bonus in a "black hole" named Croatia, just because I dared to play this game in a different mode...
And probably I need 4-5 years to achieve same bonus for my country, Rep.of Moldova.
Clearly you and other players who don't changed CS were not affected...
That's just the particularity of the legend rank in itself. It was a special rank, like no other, bearing a bonus (but tied to a single country, hence the whole reason Plato did all this). But the 20 legends account for only so much of those 50 protector levels. Meaning there are other 30 lower ranks that now bear a bonus and are, as you guessed, tied to the "current" (as in, at the time of the migration) citizenship. Your air rank was not as special as the legends were (no offense, I'm sure you fought a lot in air for it), just a "simple" rank just like those "first" 30 in ground that now get to have a "legend-like" bonus. Hence no tie to the country you achieved it for. Also, Plato doesn't give a damn about your previous citizenship(s). What matters is your "only" citizenship, your current one (at the time of the migration, I mean). On the plus side, keep in mind that you did not lose your air rank and thus you have an advantage when you advance in protector levels (it will take less than before to reach the same bonus you now have buried in Croatia).

Am să-ți răspund în română, pentru că limba noastră e mai dulce, poți să-ți spui “oful” mai cu spor 🙂
Aici nu au dreptate - șansa asta pe care zici c-am împărțit-o egal, pe tine nu te-a afectat, chiar te-a avantajat, ai bonus maxim pentru țara ta și te poți dezvolta și în alte țări după cum ți-i placul.
Pentru mine și alți mulți ca mine (vezi comentariile de mai sus și ai să te dumirești ), Plato ne-a “lovit la rădăcina”, mi-a dat peste cap toate planurile, tot elanul de a juca.
Cum naiba să o iau de la capăt (în aer mă refer), când zilnic văd agățat in “cuiul” croat nivelul 13 de bonusare pentru care am muncit atât de când e băgat modulul ăsta?!?
“Șansa” asta pe mulți nu i-a afectat, dar pe mine și-ncă vreo câțiva”proștii satului” ne- a rupt în două, și nu s-a făcut scandal în presă tocmai pentru că nu s-a înțeles implicațiile tenebroase ale schimbărilor acestea…
Nimeni nu poate sa spuna ca explicatiile din Updates au fost inteligibile: le-am citit o data, le-am citit de doua ori, de 5 ori, apoi m-am lasat pagubas - parca trebuia sa calculez traiectoria balistica a unei rachete sol-aer folosind un abac! Am zis, las' ca am sa vad eu ce si cum cand se va intampla.
Acum imi dau seama de ireversibilitatea situatiei si taaaaare as fi vrut sa inteleg inainte pentru a-mi schimba cetatenia atunci, imediat.
De aceea cred ca ar fi foarte cinstit sa ne dea, de exemplu de aniversarea jocului in noiembrie, posibilitatea de a remedia raul facut.
Sigur. Aici îți dau dreptate. Plato trebuia să ofere informațiile în toate limbile disponibile în joc. În cazul tău/nostru, și în română.
O spui de parcă aș fi eu (și celelalte legende maxime) vinovat cu ceva că am ales calea "terestră", și nu cea aeriană. Probabil sunt vinovat și că am strâns 13 (8+5) vehicule până acum în timp ce alții poate au 4+1 sau 4+2.
Treaba cu elanul o pot înțelege. Dar în același timp, văd și că ai luat-o deja de la capăt, având deja 4% bonus pentru România de Est 🙂. Iar bonusul pentru Croația e până la urmă tot al tău, nu ți-l ia nimeni. Cine știe ce ne rezervă viitorul? Plato din păcate e ca statul român în realitatea de zi cu zi, aparent există dar de fapt lipsește cu desăvârșire. Au făcut ce au făcut și pa, așa rămâne, să zicem mersi că încă merge saitul 24 din 24.
Păi aia e, sunteți puțini cei pe care v-a prins tsunami-ul în concediu în Bali sau Cancun, Plato cel inexistent nici nu se va uita la voi. Și cum spui mai jos, ai lăsat-o așa în acea săptămână. Atunci trebuia insistat și pierdut un pic de timp în joc, acum e târziu.
În niciun caz tu și cei axati pe ground nu aveți nicio vina pentru ce s-a întâmplat.
Doar m-ai "aprins", ai turnat gaz pe focul din e-viața mea 🙂
Probabil nu se va face ceva pentru noi, dar asta nu e pentru mine o scuză ca să nu trâmbițez prin presă... mi-aduce aminte de e-tinerețe când modulul ăsta era mult mai pasional decât acum 🙂

Văd că te-ai “culpabilizat” că ai prea multe vehicule.
Ce legătura au skin-urile cu problema expusă de mine?
Crezi că dacă, în cazul meu de exemplu, voi atribui un avion Croației, apoi voi folosi biletul de anulare a atribuirii și îl voi reatribui Moldovei, nivelul 13 se va transfera împreuna cu vehiculul?
Că nu scrie nicăieri ce se întâmplă în astfel de situație cu nivelul de protecție…
Crezi că se asimilează automat și definitiv vehiculului la atribuire?
Ar fi extraordinar, dar eu am înțeles altceva…
Nu se transferă punctele, nu.
Legătura era poate nu direct cu tine, ci cu alții care s-au mai plâns că nu au destule vehicule strânse de-a lungul vremii (deși Plato le dădea practic gratis la vremea respectivă, cu epice cu x3 PP și jumătăți de batoane suplimentare, doar să participi, cum ar veni). Cumva ca ideea ca unii au ales calea aeriană și nu au aceleași beneficii ca legendele 20 care acum pot să își crească nivelul de protecție pentru alte țări.
PS. Părerea mea de neafectat e că nu se va schimba nimic. Cu cât treci mai repede peste, cu atât mai bine pentru tine (sfatul meu).

Nu cred. Tot ce a fost contra cost a fost deja băgat. Acele părți de vehicule la 5 euro bucata (și e nevoie de 10).
