Good Morning eRepublikans

Even if Monday is a boring day, i think this one is a special for those who are in love, with someone. You felt in love or is it a child that you brought in the world? Doesn't matter, just make your day little bit wonderful!

We were all more or less disappointed that Valentine's Day wouldn't come at eRepublik, but the Admins remembered us just in time (i was sure about that). Valentines was closer to the upcoming week so it kinda makes sense to me. They saved it by putting the announcement and giving those keys today.

The event will be available between eRepublik Day 5,201, 00:00 and Day 5,207, 23:59.

From the informations that we have so far, is sure that Admins will bring Cupid's Chest in the Gold Store. To open the chests, requires to have Cupid's Key that you can earn from the Weekly Challenge (tomorrow), after the DC (i will upload the WC and the rewards of it, in 24 hours). Each Cupid's Chest, has Bonbons (restore 10 energy and expire 2 hours after they are received) & Gold inside of it (like the Christmas presents we used to see). More details on amounts and probabilities can be found in the Cupid’s Chest Info Panel.

If you decide to send a chest/gift to a friend, the count of expireation of Bonbons, will start when the guy become online in the game, so don't worry about that.

Make sure that you will gain freely the 2 Cupid's Keys that are available in Shop (Available for 24 hours). If you don't use the Cupid's Keys that are in your storage, will be automatically converted into Gold (0.5 Gold for each remaining key).


There's more! As usual, we will have three special decorations in our profile, so make sure you will send enough gifts to your friends, to gain them all!

CUPID'S VALENTINE PARTY!
First of all, the maximum Prestige Points are 90,000.
Seems like a normal weekly challenge but with keys until 40k. Then, after that 5 bars each 1k (starting at 40,5k) and 1 key each 1k (starting at 40k), changes to 2 keys at 50k, 3 keys at 60k, 4 keys at 70k, 5 keys at 80k. After 80k there's no more Energy Bars..

You can earn the maximum amount of 209 keys! With this keys that you earn from WC and available packs in the Shop, you can spend them to open Cupid's Chests that are in Gold Store.
Every Cupid's Chest can bring you a random amount of Gold, Bonbons & Gifts. Gifts can be sent to another citizen, to complete the missiosn and then to claim your Decorations. This year, the Valentine's Event it's more diffucult than before (always to collect the Decorations)..
NOTE: There's no limit to accepting gifts from others.
