All you need to know about resource war

Hey guys!
As you already know, there is a new event in erepublik named resource wars. I ll keep this easy becouse all of you should should understand it, but this event is very hard to understand
1. For every 30k domination points you get a "token".
But what domination points are?
Even the most of you know, here is what they are for the starters:
A battle is over if a country gets 1800 domination points.
2.Every country president sets some resources as I show you in this image.
-Orange means Weapons
-Whithe means Aircraft
-Blue means Houses
-Green means Food
3. When your country gets a "token" script scans the available resources from resource pool. After that it scans the resources that I showed you at step 2.
If it find an available resorces that matches with resources that cp set, it gives the country that resource in the specific region, if no, the token will be lost.
4.Every resorce loked has a timer near it. When the timer goes to 0, the resource will be available.
5. A region can take a resource only once. For example if Iasi have Iron, it can t take another one. If you have all the resources from a industry, you have full bonus at it.
Can a country have more resources of the same type (industry and rarity)?
Yes, but they need to be placed in different regions (i.e.: one region cannot have 2 Fish resources)\
6. Every country can take only 10 resorcecs.

Când ajungi la 1000 subs, Pluto verifică dacă mai are MMM. Dacă mai are îți dă, dacă nu, pierzi cele 1000 subs și trebuie să faci altele.

Aren't these 2 statements contradicting each other. In the first you say Russia can't have 2 Irons, then in the second you say that a country can have same type but not in the same region. i.e a country can have 2 fishes(or 2 irons maybe.)

Hay que aclarar que los puntos de dominación se van sumando a medida que la batalla avanza. En este evento no se espera a que la batalla termine para sumarte los puntos de golpe.

It's precision & accuracy about sum it up. eRomania admin has both "paid players" & rule changers on the team.
They wrecked V1 & drove new player retention to zero.
Forget 'resource tricks' (Admin can't even spell resource; But it always puts them near "home"); Unit & attack eBukarest.
