Not at all. He should leave the country and apply like any other player asking for legitimate citizenship respecting the rules of Congress. It has nothing to do with me or IES. It has everything to do with violating the social contract of the national community. But you wouldn't know about what I think, your party engages in censorship and blacklisting.

It's stupid. He was party president for many times, congressmen as well, he showed he could be trustful. Why would he ask for a CS again? Yes, he made some mistakes, he does things on his own sometimes, but who is perfect? It's important that he becomes aware of his mistakes and I firmly believe he is. Not because of IES, congressmen or some other party pressure, but from our own party members appealing for him to admit he is wrong.

Almost no-one in WTP supported him when he did what he did, although there are bunch of players who also think IES should change. But not this way. He had no choice but to admit guilt and ask for a forgiveness, from his own members and then from the rest of the nation.

I would give him a simple condition due to unblacklisting - make just one more move against actual US laws, you get permaban on Forum, congressmen part or whatever. Leave him blacklisted now for, I don't know, 3 months and let's all move along from making an elephant from the fly thing.

Absolutely IES should change. I've stated so repeatedly. That doesn't negate the fact he repeatedly violated community contract without remorse AND instructed others to do the same. There is absolutely precedence for returning stolen citizenship and coming through the front door. He's not special.

I oppose all forum permabans unless ToS or forum-wide conditions are violated.
That is not what Congress nor parties should be concerning themselves with.

In 95% of his playtime, he played by the book. In other 5% he didn't, but he didn't make any real harm to the country. He should be considered as loyal citizen who rarely makes some mistakes which can be seen as breaking the law. He serves his sentence for that. Why making him to leave CS and apply for it again, just to respect bureaucracy?

I think he should be blacklisted for a specific period of time before any forgiveness can be considered. Perhaps 6 months or even a year. He did very serious things and I read this apology as very insincere, merely a couple of paragraphs intended to accomplish a goal.

He was blacklisted on May 19 of this year and hasn't even been Blacklisted for two months. Some citizens spent a year or more on that list. Plus he still has not apologized even to those of his own party who he wrong. Talk to me again around October when he has been there for at least six months.
