After negotiation with Cersei of House Lannister, the great UNITED STATE* OF AMERICA has come to an understanding.

USA fighters have been instructed to stop stealing Battle Heroes from Cersei Lannister, and likewise USA will not interfere in Finland's Training wars. Any bounty program on Cersei's battle heroes is now canceled.

USA fighters remain encouraged to steal battle heroes and sabotage training wars from the following countries, until they leave our cores or come to an arrangement:

Croatia
Chile
Hungary
Greece
France

*or STATES, depending on the day.
