What you should be taking note of on the UK job market is the figure on the right as this is what goes into your backpocket. Other nations have higher taxes then ourselves (at least till TUP raise it again!) so you would lose more of your money and most of it will go into the foreign reserves of Romania or Iran if you take either of the top 2 offers from the foreign gentlemen.

If you are not opposed to lining another nations accounts for personal gain then you should probably check out foreign job markets as they tend to pay more due to having better bonuses for their factories to work with.

It's quickly noticeable that you could be earning an extra 60cc per work click abroad.
