Join the new world

Au moins on ne perd pas de temps sur eR. Je m'attendais à des débuts très calmes, petit nouveau noyé dans la masse, vu que c'est ce que j'avais connu dans d'autres univers virtuels.

Le bilan de ces premières 24 heures me surprend donc: une quinzaine de mp reçus (pour autant d'envoyés bien sûr), deux offres d'emploi, trois commentaires sur mon petit journal dont je pensais que personne ne le lirait - et surtout, la qualité et l'amabilité de tous ces contacts est frappante. Je ne sais pas si les kikoolols sont systématiquement expurgés de cet univers ou si j'ai simplement eu de la veine, en tout cas, j'ai rencontré plein de gens sympathiques et parlant bien français (ou anglais ! petit bonjour à mon nouvel ami hongrois 😁).

Bref, je suis agréablement surpris. Le forum français d'eRepublik (forum.erepublik.fr) est également plein de sujets intéressants, mais je suis loin d'en avoir fait le tour...

Merci à tous ceux qui m'ont accueilli de si belle manière, j'ai d'autant plus de motivation pour m'investir et aider mes amis et ma patrie 😉

Well, looks like we're not wasting time on eR. I was expecting a very quiet start as a lil newbie drowned in the flock of anonymous citizens, since that's what I had experienced in other virtual worlds.

These first 24 hours were thus astonishing: fifteen mp received (for as many sent, of course), two job proposals, three comments on my tiny newspaper which I thought nobody would read - and more importantly, the quality and friendliness of all these contacts is most striking. I do not know if "kikoolols" (i have no idea of how to translate this in english - it could mean something like "egocentric, immature, childish pre-teen talking in sms-style and yelling on anyone daring to contradict him" 😁) are systematically kicked off this universe, or if I just had some luck, in any case, I met lots of friendly people and speaking french quite well (or English ! special hello to my new Hungarian friend 😁).

Really, I am pleasantly surprised. The french eRepublik forum (forum.erepublik.fr) is also rich of interesting topics, but I am far from having read them all yet...

Big thanks to all those who welcomed me so nicely, I am even more willing to take part of this universe and help my friends and my homeland with all my heart 😉
