5 RESTRICTIONS ON RIGHT TO USE

5.1 You agree that you shall not (and you agree not to allow any third party to):

5.1.1 modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service;

5.1.2 remove any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service or in or on any Content or other material obtained via the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service;

5.1.3 use any robot, spider, website search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve or index any portion of the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service, other than for the purposes of using the eAPI System and then only as allowed by the functionality of the eAPI System;

5.1.4 access, screen-scrape, retrieve or index any portion of the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of feeds, articles, discussion forums, citizen ads, information and other Content;

5.1.5 collect any information about other Citizens (including user identification names and/or email addresses) for any purpose other than to share feeds and articles with our other Citizens;

5.1.6 reformat or frame any portion of the web pages or any Content that are part of the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service;

5.1.7 create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences or create multiple Citizen logins;

5.1.8 create or transmit unwanted electronic communications such as “spam”, or make excessive challenges or invitations, to other Citizens and/or the eRepublik.com Service or otherwise interfere with other Citizens enjoyment of the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service;

5.1.9 transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature to other Citizens or on the Game;

5.1.10 use the Game or the eRepublik.com Service to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal material including that are deemed threatening or obscene;

5.1.11 copy or store any Content offered on the Game for other than your own use, other than for the purposes of using the eAPI System;

5.1.12 use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service;

5.1.13 take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our IT infrastructure;

5.1.14 use the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service, intentionally or unintentionally, to violate any applicable law;

5.1.15 collect or store personal data about other Citizens in connection with the prohibited activities described in this paragraph;

5.1.16 engage in or promote any surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, unsolicited e-mailing or spamming via the Game;

5.1.17 use the Game and/or the eRepublik.com Service for advertising, marketing, charitable, campaigning, for public relations or political purposes of any kind;

5.1.18 impersonate any person or entity; or

5.1.19 upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available using the Game any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual obligation which includes a breach of third party intellectual property rights.

5 RESTRICCIONES AL DERECHO DE USO

5.1 Usted acepta que no deberá (y acepta no permitir que ningún tercero lo haga):

5.1.1 modificar, adaptar, traducir o aplicar ingeniería inversa a cualquier parte del Juego y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com;

5.1.2 eliminar cualquier aviso de derechos de autor, marca registrada u otros derechos de propiedad contenidos en el Juego y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com o en cualquier Contenido u otro material obtenido a través del Juego y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com;

5.1.3 usar cualquier robot, araña, aplicación de búsqueda/recuperación de sitios web u otro dispositivo, proceso o medio automatizado para acceder, recuperar o indexar cualquier parte del Juego y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com, que no sea con el propósito de usar el Sistema eAPI y solo según lo permita la funcionalidad del Sistema eAPI;

5.1.4 acceder, raspar la pantalla, recuperar o indexar cualquier parte del Juego y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com con el fin de construir o completar una base de datos de búsqueda de fuentes, artículos, foros de discusión, anuncios para ciudadanos, información y otro Contenido;

5.1.5 recopilar cualquier información sobre otros Ciudadanos (incluidos los nombres de identificación de usuario y/o direcciones de correo electrónico) para cualquier otro propósito que no sea compartir fuentes y artículos con nuestros otros Ciudadanos;

5.1.6 reformatear o enmarcar cualquier parte de las páginas web o cualquier Contenido que sea parte del Juego y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com;

5.1.7 crear cuentas de usuario por medios automatizados o bajo pretextos falsos o fraudulentos o crear múltiples inicios de sesión de ciudadanos;

5.1.8 crear o transmitir comunicaciones electrónicas no deseadas, como "spam", o realizar desafíos o invitaciones excesivos, a otros Ciudadanos y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com o interferir con el disfrute del Juego y/o eRepublik.com por parte de otros Ciudadanos Servicio;

5.1.9 transmitir virus, gusanos, defectos, caballos de Troya u otros elementos de naturaleza destructiva a otros Ciudadanos o en el Juego;

5.1.10 usar el Juego o el Servicio eRepublik.com para violar la seguridad de cualquier red informática, descifrar contraseñas o códigos de encriptación de seguridad, transferir o almacenar material ilegal, incluido el que se considere amenazante u obsceno;

5.1.11 copiar o almacenar cualquier Contenido ofrecido en el Juego para otro uso que no sea el suyo propio, que no sea con el propósito de usar el Sistema eAPI;

5.1.12 usar cualquier dispositivo, software o rutina que interfiera con el correcto funcionamiento del Juego y/o el Servicio de eRepublik.com, o de otro modo intente interferir con el correcto funcionamiento del Juego y/o el Servicio de eRepublik.com;

5.1.13 tomar cualquier acción que imponga, o pueda imponer a nuestro exclusivo criterio, una carga irrazonable o desproporcionadamente grande en nuestra infraestructura de TI;

5.1.14 usar el Juego y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com, intencionalmente o no, para violar cualquier ley aplicable;

5.1.15 recopilar o almacenar datos personales sobre otros ciudadanos en relación con las actividades prohibidas descritas en este párrafo;

5.1.16 participar o promover encuestas, concursos, esquemas piramidales, cartas en cadena, correo electrónico no solicitado o spam a través del Juego;

5.1.17 usar el Juego y/o el Servicio eRepublik.com para fines publicitarios, de mercadeo, caritativos, de campaña, de relaciones públicas o políticos de cualquier tipo;

5.1.18 hacerse pasar por cualquier persona o entidad; o

5.1.19 cargar, publicar, enviar por correo electrónico, transmitir o poner a disposición mediante el Juego cualquier material que no tenga derecho a poner a disposición bajo ninguna ley u obligación contractual que incluya una violación de los derechos de propiedad intelectual de terceros.
