My little trip to Austria (Part 1)

Hallo meine Freunde!

I usually never talk about personal travels here. But I think this was a very symbolic trip...

I had been in eAustria since August 2009. And some people in this little community may remember me around. But on that time, I was a 15 yrs old teenager with little experience traveling into other places.

It was not until 5 of August on 2023 that I was able for the first time, to see Austria on my own eyes.



Little background

For the context of how I arrived into Austria. Everything began in 2017 when I joined to a German Club in my University. The basic thing here, That was the door I had for experience German culture and language.

I know, Germany and Austria are 2 different countries, but both speak the same language...

It was until 2019, I went to Europe for the first time on my life.
I went to London, (Airport) and passed by Belgium, and arrived into Frankfurt. The purpose of that trip was learn some German, and experience the German culture. I was able to see Bonn, Cologne, Frankfurt, Dresden (Mainly), and smaller towns like Rüdesheim and Wernigedore. I also went to Görlitz and Zgorzelec (In the Polish Side)

It was an interesting trip on North Rhine-Westphalia and Saxony.

Now, this 2023, I came back, I didn't went to North Rhine-Westphalia, but I went to Baviera, instead.

I went to Hof, Munich, and also a small city called Berchtesgaden.
It was in Berchtesgaden when I was able to visit Austria.

The city I went, was Salzburg.


Salzburg in my opinion, was a very interesting city.
My feeling there, was that Classical Music, is a huge thing in Austria.

I was only able to be there for one day, not enough time to see the city. But it was just the beginning. Many places I need to see in Austria, and I just got a little taste of it. Now I want more!
