Japan in the World

Day 5,249, 07:47 Published in Japan Japan by Fyreous

Fellow Citizens of Japan!

I am going to run for office for a second time. My opinion on Japan's position in this world has not changed since I was in office this January.

Japan is a neutral nation, that benefits from working with any nation no matter their alliance; may it be via a training war or other means.

Let me elaborate on this further.

I am fully aware of the current decline in activity in our nation, the endless training wars are not exciting enough to keep people interested. Yet joining an alliance to regain said activity is out of the question, as it would risk Japan's independence. Neither do I see popular support for a change. Hence, the only logical conclusion is to stay neutral and stay true to our obligations to our partners and friends.

Besides that, I am glad to see that tensions between our different groups have decreased over time. And I want to express my gratitude to all parties for their will to cooperate and communicate whenever an issue arises.

That being said, I see the Advisory Committee with Darshu and Arhangellord as an integral part of this development and I wish to keep this committee under my term.

Further government programs are possible given our now plentiful cash reserves. I will discuss ideas and potential programs with my future cabinet.

If elected, I will follow up with another article after the elections about my cabinet.

Tennōheika Banzai!
天皇陛下万歳!
