Homemade dumplings with chicken and spinach

INGREDIENTS

Eggs 1 pc. dough
Water 1 glass. dough
Olive oil 2 spoons dough
2 pinches of salt for dough and filling
Flour 200g - dough
Minced meat 400 g - for filling
Spinach 100 g for filling
Chicken spices 3 g for taste - for stuffing
Pepper 1 pinch for filling
Garlic 1 clove for filling

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Put an egg in a bowl, add room temperature water, oil, a pinch of salt and mix well. While mixing, add flour little by little and knead a stiff dough. Cover the dough and leave it at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.





2. Mix the minced meat with crushed garlic, boiled and chopped spinach, pepper, salt and chicken seasoning. Roll out the dough thinly and press out an even number of circles. Place mincemeat on half of the circles and cover with the others. Press the edges very well, if you want, form flowers.



3. Boil the dumplings in salted water for 10-12 minutes. Serve with butter or sour cream.
