He's suddenly lowering your salary so that before you know it he's already stolen half your salary, bringing you down to half market value.

You are really funny... Changing salaries is allowed until 50%, that forms part of the rules of the game. Sending messages insulting another player it's against the rules of the game, so that should be penalized.
