Hallo. As i promise, i want to offer a business perspective for people who want to start a business.

All will be in english because somebody started a conversation looking to get a bigger salary on canadian market and he is invited to look here too.

- Thanks for asking. The market is not stable that's why you can't get a clear answer for long term.
But if you want i can take you as a partener and split the money.

Consider this:
In my company, with 10 workers (maximum productivity) and 100%welness, you will make someting about 16.5 productivity = 16.5 DiamondsQ2.

On canadian market at this moment on selling those diamonds we get 6.76 CAD.
On romanian market we get 10.23 RON = 0.219 GOLD = 6.97 CAD. Considering tax import in Romania and loosing money at every money change, looks like it's the same profit both country.
That means i get 6.76 CAD from your work at 4.1 skill. If I want to use those money, i must pay 11% income tax, that means i get only 6.02 CAD.

Finally, if we get totally 6 CAD, how much do you want to be your part? I want somenthing abut 20%, the rest is yours... ok?

Anyway, a company Q3 can give a greater salary but you will need a gift to compensate lossing of welness. At today price, a gift is 1.13 CAD.
So, if you work in a Q3 Diamond company, you'll have to pay 1.13 CAD more, To work in a Q4 company you'll pay 2.26 CAD and for a Q5 company you'll pay 3.39 CAD more.
