I did send a ticket to support but doubt they can do much for me . Perhaps if their fair send me a few tokens.

Today I decided to buy the Token XS Pack. With almost my last rl money funds.

Anyway, credit cards are no longer an option for me and Mint and Paypal are also not a good option.

That left bitcoin

Let me explain the process. You have a bitcoin service and then you have Coinbase that processes the transaction.

My bitcoin operator charges me 2% of a transaction. I would any day of the week do transactions for those fees.

Then the miner I suppose ask a fee. And that is where the problem come in

So in my real currency, I bought ZAR 140 Euro price is currently +- 20 ZAR per 1 euro.

So pack should cost me : 100 ZAR

And then they have more than 40 ZAR for their fees.

But NO:

~ZAR 107.29 (195,804 ZAR/BTC)

So they send Plato 32.26 ZAR and charged me 107 ZAR for it.

Which means at this time I am desperately scrambling for funds to buy the power pack through tokens.

I dont know if anyone else uses bitcoin but certainly this will be my last time.

I dont care where the problem lies. If through their mechanisms they cause you the further embarrassment of not even fully paying what you buy for I would rather wait a few months and then use a credit card again.

Of course I probably totally lost 140 ZAR but guess that is educational fees. Unfortunately, I wont be recommending Bitcoin to anyone again.

This is by the way the third such mishap with bitcoin. Last time they did not process 2 Token S Pack. I did send transaction details to support and they did send me the packs.

I dont care what the c* explanation or tech explanation for this bollocks is but if you are not even completing my transaction and I, I guess have to fork out more and more money to pay for that lousy xs pack I am not going to do it. The one I read is that there is a standardized fee per blockchain just makes as much sense as the whole phony satoshi bollocks. Because oh no it depends on network traffic etc 😛 I wouldnt be surprised if the creator of bitcoin was an outright scammer creating the most complex pyramid in our lifetime.
