Hi guys.
If you're playing without the SpecialAnniversaryPack, I think this map will help you get a great start:

Going first for EnergyCenter, HousesBonuses and EnergyRecovery seems to be the best start. If I were you, I'd hunt down the biggest EnergyCenters first, rather than the permanent one.
I would start from Polokwane, South Africa. But if you can't be online in 4 hours, choose Las Palmas de Grand Canaria (1 hour) or Lagos (8 hours)

We have enough time to finalize our strategy but you might want to see an idea how to proceed further:

Go like a traffic light: Green, Yellow and Red.

But please, when you go on red, be very careful. There are only 16 blueprints on this map, that means you'll find the others elsewhere (late edit : there are 20, calm down).
