[GOV] Who is PTO and Who is Not - Congressmen Test

Hi dear eMalaysians,

I have offered a 'PTO-ATO' cease fire to the Cipelici party in my last article. I remember clearly what their leader, borissajkas had proudly proclaimed:
1.We(Cipelići) move to eMalaysia, fight for OUR country and continue paying taxes, establish military unit and party called "Cipelići", make our own military firms and many, many more useful stuff that we can do for the country I live in for months .
2. To begin PTO (political take over of eMalaysia) and in 2 months max we will have our President and majority in Congress.

So, they claim that they are not here to PTO eMalaysia. Well, propaganda like this is a good start - communicate with the natives. but many current eMalaysian leaders call them "Serbian PTOer."

How do we objectively test them? i herein presents to you " Who is PTO and Who is Not - Congressmen Test"

=========== Congressmen PTO test ===========

1. Donation of congress winning to the government.
In the past two months - 9 congressmen have donated gold from the congress winning. They are from DPP, FUP, PR and DCM. Has our serbian friends contributed any direct gold to our state?

2. Citizenship passes
In the past months, our serbian 'friends' have given out more than 50 citizenship passes without approval of the Ministry of Immigration and the government. In my tenure alone, 32 passes were given out without approval - all to the same group of people - eSerbian soldiers. Is that a behaviour of PTO or not?

3. Fight/damage record vs military order (or historical eMalaysians battle)
In recent battle orders - e.g. Jilin yesterday, Sindh/Liaoning few days ago, and the past historical battles against eIndonesia invasions - i have yet to see any significant damages from our lovely Serbian congressmen.

4. Congress proposals and tenures
How long the congressmen stay and what sort of proposals they made? Well, last month - all but Mimi Pici have resigned from the congress within the first week. Well, they are after all eSerbian full-time SALARIED army. They cant be landlocked here or to fight for eMalaysia. To date, they are still unfortunately, eSerbian army. Take the lovely Djidja girl or the charismatic Shunta for example - here's they receiving their salaries.

I must be the most gullible ePresident in the whole world (after Xavier Griffith of eAUstralia) or I am in cohort with the eSerbians. How do i still believe these guys/Cipelici are here with good intentions?

I hope i can get some witty answers from Cipelici congressmen here. 🙂
