Hola mis estimados lectores. Les tengo una pregunta: ¿Alguna vez han explorado que hay más allá de sus países?

Bueno, hoy les hablaré de un país llamado la República Popular Democrática de Corea (O Corea del Norte)



Es sabido por todos que es poco o nulo el flujo de gente que se mueve en ese país en Erepublik. Sin embargo, noté algo que me llamó la atención:



Considerando que casi no se habla de ese país, he pensado hacerles una entrevista a uno de sus habitantes.

Les presento a Maxinoi II de Aviles

1. Buenas Maxinoi II de Aviles, gracias por aceptar la entrevista. ¿Podrías presentarte con la comunidad de Erepublik?

Bueno, mi cuenta original efectivamente era AvilesII (De ahí el nick de discord). Empecé ya hace muchos años en Erepublik, en 2011, y mi primera etapa duró hasta el 2013 cuando tuve un episodio interesante (me hackearon la cuenta y además de desplumarla dieron 25 ciudadanías irregulares y lanzaron un impeach). Después cree una nueva cuenta unos meses después, poco a poco me fui reactivando y aquí sigo desde entonces. He estado casi todo el tiempo en eEspaña, salvo un breve paso por México, y ahora hace unos meses me vine a Corea invitado por Isabel.

2. Interesante, ¿Cuánto tiempo llevas en Corea?

No sé exactamente, más o menos desde abril de este año, unos seis meses aproximadamente

3. ¿Como es la comunidad de Corea, que tipo de jugadores tienen ahí?

Es una comunidad (o era hasta ayer) pequeña pero unida y activa.
Tenemos jugadores fundamentalmente de habla hispana (argentinos, cubanos, puertorriqueños y españoles) pero también algunos brasileños y hasta un sueco. Antes del inicio del presente evento teníamos bastante actividad y teníamos el país bastante activo dentro de las limitaciones de daño que tenemos (o teníamos xD)

4. Ayer pude observar que había una guerra civil en ese país. ¿Qué fue lo que pasó exactamente ayer? ¿Quienes eran los que hicieron el golpe de estado?

Básicamente fue la toma del control del país por Emiratos Árabes Unidos (eEAU), aunque el jugador que tiene la MU desde la que se lanzó el golpe de estado es de nacionalidad eSerbia. Con EAU tuvimos algún rifirrafe (un pequeño conflicto) previo al rechazar nosotros una TW que nos propusieron. También nos acusaron de ayudar o acercarnos demasiado a países contrarios a Asteria. Y eso motivó que hace algo más de 10 días derrumbaran la dictadura de autoprotección que teníamos. Pero el problema de fondo ahora, y probablemente desde antes, ha sido que querían controlar Corea para obtener algún recurso gratis. Y lo han hecho mediante un golpe de estado. Tengo que apuntar, por si no hay ocasión después, que agradecemos enormemente a eEspaña y Cuba la gran ayuda prestada ante esta situación. Pero no podemos decir lo mismo de otros supuestos aliados como Bulgaria, que ni tan siquiera ha movido un dedo.

5. ¿EAU era un aliado previo?

Ellos directamente no, pero Bulgaria sí, y por lo general estábamos próximos a la órbita de Asteria.

6. Mencionaste que ustedes son/eran una comunidad muy activa. ¿Percibes que en Erepublik la mayoría de los países se hicieron inactivos? ¿O piensan que ustedes eran una excepción?

Es una pregunta que da para mucho, pero seré lo más breve posible. Erepublik lleva perdiendo actividad desde hace mucho tiempo, al menos desde 2012 o 2013, acentuándose ya eso irreversiblemente alrededor del 2015. Se ha convertido en un juego de gente que monta empresas y da unos pocos clicks al día, y gente que aprieta un botón rojo para ganar batallas. Entre los segundos al final deciden los que pagan más, como se vio ayer en el golpe de estado que recibimos.

Comparar la actividad que había en 2011 con la actual es imposible. De aquellos lejanos 2011, en un partido político en eEspaña había mucha más gente activa de la que hay hoy en todo el país. Los países pequeños siempre han sufrido de inactividad, pero ahora se ha llegado a un punto en el que hay países controlados por una, dos, tres o cuatro personas realmente activas y obviamente sin hacer nada en el plano político y/o periodístico por tanto.

En Corea llegamos a tener una comunidad bastante grande para como está el juego antes de verano. Ahora había decaído un poco, pero seguía siendo considerable para el tamaño del país y la situación actual del juego
Al final te he soltado un buen ladrillo, pero no he sabido resumirlo más 😅

7. No te preocupes, está bien así. Puedo entender todo esto. 😅 Hablando de México, mencionaste que estuviste ahí por un corto tiempo. ¿Cómo fue tu experiencia en ese país?

Mi experiencia allí fue muy breve. Creo que me fui tras un borrado de eEspaña, no sé si entre 2015 o 2016, quizás en 2017. Estuve allí como dos meses o dos meses y medio solamente. Me dio la ciudadanía un tipo de un partido llamado Alternativa (Como nota interesante, yo [Yhamilitz] me uní a ese partido en su fundación. Aquí Pueden ver el artículo en donde se habla de la fundación de Alternativa) y me fui en plan estar unos meses dos clicker. Aún así me afilié a ese partido, entre al congreso y vi que aún había una comunidad bastante activa y de cierto tamaño, con mass mp con los congresistas y el gobierno, con algo de actividad en prensa, con actividad en el feed
Pero como te digo fue un paso muy breve.

8. Entiendo. Hace unos instantes mencionaste a Isabel. ¿Quién es Isabel?

Nuestro amado líder. El fue quien primero vino al país de los jugadores de origen español, fue quien ayudó a algunos jugadores activos que ya había y también a otros que fue trayendo para liberar a Corea tanto territorialmente como políticamente de EE.UU y China respectivamente. Y él es quien ha capitaneado esta aventura coreana. Tenemos una religión oficial, incluida en el mensaje de bienvenida, el isabelismo, variante coreana del warmismo original de eEspaña. Y adoramos al Dios Warm y a su profeta, semi-dios y amado líder Isabel

9. Interesante, ¿Entonces podríamos considerar a Isabel como el fundador de Corea?

Sí, se puede decir que sí. Nuestro Kim Il Sung particular

10. Interesante... Tengo la tentativa de preguntar.... ¿Cuál es la relación con la Corea en el sur?

Bueno, yo siempre hablaba internamente de la necesidad de conquistar a los rebeldes del sur. Pero más seriamente se puede decir que nuestra relación era casi inexistente Un poco como en la vr pero sin tenernos una guerra declarada y sin pepinos nucleares xD

1. Hello Maxinoi II de Aviles, thank you for accepting this interview. Can you please introduce yourself to the community here in Erepublik?

Ok, my original account was indeed AvilesII (So, my Discord's nickname). I started many years ago in Erepublik, in 2011, and my first stage lasted until 2013 when I experienced an interesting situation (Somebody hacked my account and in addition to plucking it, they gave 25 irregular citizenships and launched an impeach). Then I created a new account a few months later, I reactivated myself against step by step and I have been here ever since. I have been almost always in eSpain, except for a brief visit to Mexico, and now a few months ago I came to Korea invited by Isabel.

2. Interesting, How much time have you been in Korea?

I don’t know exactly. Since April, more or less, of this year. About six months ago or so.

3. How is the eKorean community? What kind of players do you have there?
It is a community (or was until yesterday) small but united and active. We have fundamentally Spanish-speaking players (Argentines, Cubans, Puerto Ricans and Spaniards) but also some Brazilians and even a Swedish. Before the start of this event we had a lot of activity and we had the country quite active within the damage limitations we have (or we had xD)

4. Yesterday I was able to observe that there was a civil war in N.Korea. What exactly happened yesterday? Who were the ones who carried out the coup?

Basically it was the takeover of Korea by the United Arab Emirates (eUAE). The player who has the MU from which the coup was launched is a eSerbian national. With the UAE we had some scuffle prior to rejecting their TW that was proposed to us. They also accused us of helping or getting too close to countries opposed to Asteria. And that led to the collapse of the dictatorship of self-protection that we had a little more than 10 days ago. But the underlying problem now, and probably from even before, has been that they wanted to control Korea to get some free resources. And they have done it through a coup. I have to point out, in case there is no opportunity later, that we greatly thank eSpain and Cuba for the great help provided in this situation. But we cannot say the same about other supposed allies like Bulgaria, which has not even moved a finger.

5. Was the UAE a previous ally?

Not them directly, but Bulgaria yes, and in general we were close to the orbit of Asteria.

6. You mentioned that you guys are/were a very active community. Do you perceive that in Erepublik most of the countries became inactive? Or do you think you were an exception?

It is a question that could take a long time to respond to, but I will be as brief as possible. Erepublik has been losing activity for a long time, at least since 2012 or 2013, accentuating that irreversibly around 2015. It has become a game of people who start companies and give a few clicks a day, and people who press a red button to win battles. Those who pay the most decide between the seconds at the end, as was seen yesterday in the coup we received.

Comparing the activity that existed in 2011 with the current one is impossible. Of those distant 2011, in a political party in eSpain there were many more active people than there are today in the whole country. Small countries have always suffered from inactivity, but now it has reached a point where there are countries controlled by one, two, three or four really active people and obviously doing nothing in the political and / or journalistic level therefore.

In Korea we got to have a pretty big community for how the game is before summer. Now it had declined a bit, but it was still considerable for the size of the country and the current situation of the game. My experience there was very brief. I think I left after a deletion from Spain, I don't know if between 2015 or 2016, maybe in 2017. I was there for about two months or two and a half months only. I was given citizenship by a guy from a party called Alternativa (As an interesting note, I [Yhamilitz] joined that party at its founding.
