This soundtrack is brought by our today's guest.

In Erepublik, we follow the path of our desires.

Hallo alle zusammen!!!

As you probably know, were in eAustria we are a community made from people in Austria and all over the globe. We may be a small community, but we have a big heart, with a little bit of everywhere here.

Our today guess is a familiar face for the people from here who had been here around the 2010-2011. And if you don't know here, then you can meet her.

I present you to Oraizan

1. Hi Oraizan. Thank you for accepting my offer to do an interview with me. Would you please introduce yourself to our eCommunity?

Hello everybody I am Oraizan! I am a now 28yr old person with a RL career in retail management currently based in Canada. I honestly just click buttons in eRep at the moment and am currently addicted to Genshin Impact and Ghost of Tsushima.

2. When did you arrived to Erepublik?/How did you find it?

My birth date is Feb 2009, I was just searching up top MMO's and somehow eRep made the cut. It looked intriguing as I was/am a huge nerd and enjoyed writing paragraphs for no reason and was looking to kill time. I started in Japan because I was learning the language at the time and had hoped to meet more like-minded individuals.

3. How was your first months in Erepublik?/Do you had someone who guide you?

I would say that I didn't particularily have any guidance originally. Guides and forums didn't really exist for us, so a lot was done in-game. I joined a party that seemed to speak to me and just started writing articles about myself and my hopes for the party and the country and made friends fast that way. Japan was very boring back then, so I had hoped to liven it up and many agreed with me, so we soon after worked on making an IRC and forums which really is when I learned what I know now - some of it being irrelevant now with how much the game changed.

4. What was the most active time for you here?/ What you were doing in that moment?

I would say I was very active for the first 5ish years of my eRep life. In Japan I created many events as just an individual, one of which is still alive to this day. As time went on I became more and more involved with the govt, and eventually with PEACE and SOL. As countries were PTO'd or taken over we would have influxes of people who would shape the country in a positive or negative way but for much of my time in Japan it was small and peaceful, and a handful of people pushed the important buttons. Eventually we established a structure, a constitution, rules, etc. and I left Japan to help my friend Rangely here in Austria. We were shortly after PTO'd and I ran a shadow govt. along with those already here to keep the country running, and also to get an impeachment going so that Austrians can rule Austria. I stayed here for half a year, maybe longer, and when I felt comfortable with the situation I returned to Japan where I assisted as necessary and eventually got eMarried to my best friend of all time, and then died.

5. Did you were involved in any fields inside Erepublik?

I'm assuming you mean titles. I have been CP of Japan and Austria, congress at both. Part of the ministries of education, foreign affairs, and Culture and History. I made many contacts in my time at eRep so I dabbled in a little bit of everything but I was never on the defense team.

6. If there were a period of inactivity where you were not inside Erep, how do you find everything had change?

eRep is totally different. Battles were not a thing when I started for many years, and then they became important but Japan was so tiny we never took part in them. Austria was very similar but they were quicker to join. To this day I don't care about the battle system, because it was not what I enjoyed out of eRep and it wasn't a big part of my many years playing and being a part of govt. It's a huge reason I just click buttons nowadays, it's like the social aspect is gone so there is no reason for me to write giant paragraphs.

7. Your nickname, Oraizan, There is a story why you choose this name?

Oraizan is my name, Allison, in Japanese. Or the closest I can get it. It is also looked at as oRaizan, which is a honorable way to name the lightning god - Raizan, in Japan.

8. I remember you being part of eAustria before. How do you remember the community on those days?

The Austrian community was so diverse and so accepting and fun. We should 'shoot the shit' in IRC for hours. Everybody was willing to work together and make compromizes for the best of the country. When we were PTO'd everyone really bound together to correct the situation. I have nothing but fond memories of the place - I regret that there is less RL Austrian people. Our goal was always to fill Austria with RL Austrian people and let them run the country. I made many friends here who I'm still friends with to this day.

9. I saw you were part of eJapan for a very long time. What is your relationship with that country.

I suppose I explained it already somewhat. I was proclaimed Empress and later God at some points of the country. I was one of the first more active people trying to drive enthusiasm and culture into the country. After being proclaimed Empress we started up the event Empress Day which to this day still runs. I enjoy Japanese culture, of course, it's very different from how I was raised and it's always interested me.

10. Ai no Hana is the name of your newspapers. I know you had stopped writing articles. What those articles were about in the past?

My articles ranged from random topics to get people talking like the red rains to official events and statements from the govt. Initially I wrote about whatever and eventually I got bored of that and was more political and monthly events. Ai no Hana stands for Love and Flowers, which is one of my fave songs of all time be Ueda Tatsuya ("") which is all about the tragic beauty of love and life. It inspired me to try to always see things in greys and write this way as well.

11. Do you have any advice for new players?

Don't be afraid to be yourself and make mistakes in this game. Reach out to those in power with questions and help, or just write about it like I did. There are many good people in this game, and everybody in Austria is amazing and will help you to the best of their ability.

12. Finally, is there anything you want to add that I maybe forgot to ask?

Thank you for interviewing me! I wish I could write a million more words on my experiences but I think I would hit TL"😉"R for many people. "😉"

That's all for now people. Without anything else to add, until the next time.
