[CP] First words, squad of the Cabinet - December 2012

שלום אזרחי מדינת אי-ישראל, ראש הממשלה שלכם מדבר.

קודם כול אני רוצה להודות לכל מי שהצביע לי. אני אף רוצה להודות גם ל6 המפלגות שתמכו בי:מפלגת באדאסס, ישראל פירסט, ישראל שלי, מפלגת הישראלים,מפלגת אי-פרבדומוס והליקוד. ולבסוף אני רוצה להודות לנשיא הקודם א_נריה על תקופתו כנשיא.
כפי שרשום במצע שלי אנחנו נחליט כיצד לשפר את הכלכלה באופן תמידי. יש שני דרכים, בוא הרשום אותם:

דרך ראשונה - הפרטה מוחלטת

המצב באי-ישראל הוא שאין כסף להביא אספקה. זה למה נכריז על צהל כהיחידה הצבאית הישראלית היחידה (חוץ משמשון, כולנו יודעים את הסיפור) ונעשה יותר יחידות פרטיות שלא ממומנות על ידי המדינה. צהל תהה היחידה של המדינה אבל עדיין תצטרך לעבור אירגונים מחדש בשביל שתעבוד. אם היו הרבה פחות אנשים ביחידה לא הייתה בעיה למצוא אנשים עם חברות שיכולים להביא אותם על מען להפוך אותם ל"חברות של המדינה". בחברות האלה החיילים היו עובדים בשביל האספקה שלהם. ככה זה עובד בכול המדינות עכשיו. אנחנו צריכים לבחור בתפקיד חדש לכך, משהו כמו המחבר בין מניהיגי כל היחידות הפרטיות וראש הממשלה. הבן אדם בעל התפקיד הזה יצטרך לשלוח הודעות למנהיגים ויפקח על כל הדברים הקורים.

דרך שנייה - ארגון מחדש

אנחנו לא הולכים עם כל היחידות הצבאיות פרטיות ונשארים עם יחידה צבאית מדינית אחד גדולה - צהל. מה נוכל לעשות אם אין לו כסף? אנחנו יכולים לנסות את חברות המדינה גם כן. אני חושב שזו הדרך היחידה. אבל יש בסביבות 200 אנשים ואנחנו יודעים את הבעיה בישראל;זה פעילות וכו'. זה יהיה קשה מאוד למצוא מספיק חברות ולנהל אותם. למרות זאת, אנחנו עדיין יכולים לנסות. הדבר הבטוח הוא שאם לא נמצא מפסיק אנשים שיביאו חברות וינהלו אותם לא תהיה אספקה לאף אחד.

אני לא הייתי בטוח איך לבחור דרך אחת. תחילה רציתי לנסות עם משאל לכל האנשים עם אזרחות ישראלית. חלק מכם יאשימו אותי ברמאות, זה למה החלטתי שזה יהיה חברי הכנסת + חברי הקבינט שלי חברי הקבינט שלא נמצאים בכנסת) והם יבחרו את הדרך. ).

אם כולם הצביעו זה יהיה בסביבות 45 50 הצבעות איך כולם מצביעים יפורסם לציבור.

אבל לפני שחברי הכנסת יצביעו אני רוצה לקיים בחירות לראש הכנסת. המשימה של ראש הכנסת תהיה ארגון הצבעות, הענשת חברי כנסת שעשו משהו רע, ואזהרתם ולבסוף תפקיד ראש הכנסת יהיה לחבר בין הכנסת לבין ראש הממשלה. אני שלחתי הודעה גדולה לכל חברי הכנסת ובה 24 שעות להציע את עצמם לראשות הכנסת. לאחר 24 שעות של ההצעה לראשות יהיו 24 שעות להצבעה. וביחד עם ראש הכנסת החדש נפתח דיון עם חברי הכנסת על איזו דרך לבחור ולאחר הדיון תהיה הצבעה שגם היא 24 שעות וגם הדיון 24 שעות.

בסך הכול 4 ימים ובסופם נדע איזו דרך נבחרה. בעוד 4 ימים אני ארשום מאמר חדש עם התוצאות של ההצבעות ותוכנית לימים הבאים.

Hello the people of eIsrael, your Country President is calling.

First of all, I would like to thank all the people who voted for me yesterday. I also would like to thank 6 parties which supported me: The New Badass Party, Israel First, My Israel, Israelis Party, The eParvadomus Party and hlikud. And finally I would like to thank the previous Country President of eIsrael, a neria for his term.

Like it was written in my platform this month we will have to decide how to improve our economy permanently. There are two ways. Let me write them down again:

The Way #1 - Complete Privatization

The state of eIsrael has no money to deliver the supplies. That's why we could repeal eIDF as the only unit in eIsrael (except of Samson, we all do know the story) and do more private units which would not be fund by the state. eIDF would be the state's unit still but huge reorganisations would have to be done. If there were much less people in the unit there would not be a VERY big problem to find some people who could give their companies in order to make them "the state's ones". In such companies every soldier would work for their supplies. That is how it works in every country now. We would have to have a new position if we decided to choose this way. Something like the connector between the leaders of all private units and the Country President. Such man would have to send orders to the leaders and have an eye for everything that happens.

The Way #2 - The Total Reorganization

We do not make the private units and stay with one big national unit - eIDF. What can we do now if we do not have money? We could try to make the state's companies as well. That is the only way I do believe. However, there are about 200 people and we do know the reality of eIsrael; its activity etc. It would be quite hard to find that many companies and then to manage them. However, still we could try. The sure thing is if we did not manage to find that many people who could give us companies or who could manage the companies no one would get the supplies.


I was not sure how to choose one way. Firstly I wanted people to take part in a grand referendum for all the people who have the eIsraeli citizenship. Some of you could also accuse me of cheating. That's why I decided that the Knesset + the members of my Cabinet (people who are in the Cabinet and who are not members of the Knesset) will choose the way. If everyone voted it would be about 45..50 votes. How everyone votes will be shown in the public.

But before the Knesset members will choose one way which later will be implemented by me I am going to organise elections for the position of the Head of Knesset. The task of the Head of Knesset will be organising the votings, punishing the members of Knesset who did something bad, warning them and finally the Head of Knesset will be a connector between me and the members of Knesset. I just sent a mass message to all the members of Knesset giving them 24 hours to propose themselves as candidates for this spot. After that time there will be a voting (24 hours). Then together with the new Head of Knesset a discussion will be organised by us with the members of Knesset. The subject of this will be "What way to choose". That will take another 24 hours and after that it will be another voting (24 hours).
That means that in 4 days we will know what way was choosen. In 4 days I will write another article giving you the results of both votings and the plan for the next days.

Tomorrow Sandalaim ends his term as the Commander of eIDF. Thank you very much for everything you've done for this unit. I wish you all the best in the future. The new commander of eIDF will be Roni Rubin.
