Yet Another Congress Manifesto!

Day 1,250, 06:46 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Ullok
Greetings, as we get told this time every month: "There's an election for congress on the 25th!"

So here’s the 1001st article this round to shout:

In The East Midlands.

Those of you who want to know more, can skip down a bit but the rest of you - just give me ten seconds:

I urge every one of you who reads this, no matter who you choose, to vote on the upcoming election and every subsequent chance you get. Not only do you get experience points, but you forfeit your right to complain about the state of the country if you don’t.

There is no downside!

However, I would caution you against blindly clicking on the first familiar name, or people who ONLY seem to have an opinion on eIreland's sovereignty. Read a manifesto or two.

And why not start with mine?

The Important Bit
I am going to keep this as short as I can, and will tell you my aims here. If you want to put that in context, just look at my wiki.

I want to help encourage player growth and retention, bolster the military and our economy, cut the red-tape while making the general citizenry aware of the systems in place in the government, and the eUnited Kingdom as a whole.

I may be a dreamer, but this is the first time I have put my name in the hat.

Now if you’ve got something against the party I am running for:

The United Kingdom Worker’s Party: It’s not what you’ve heard.
Politics in this country is highly partisan and while even I have found myself drawn into it at times; I’m not here to bad mouth, malign or mud-sling, but work for a better eUnited Kingdom however I can.

We are a liberal-minded party, interested in protecting and developing the largest segment of the eUnited Kingdom - its workers, because as a country we are nothing without them.

Ideologically, we inhabit the part of the political spectrum between the UKRP (centre-right) and the PCP (left), now you may think “THAT’S TUP TERRITORY!”, but we have different aims. That doesn’t mean our goals are different, we still want to make the eUK the best we can.

However I want to work alongside other major parties, and get past the petty differences that while they make entertaining reading for some, do nothing else but hold us back. Their popularity in the eUK shows that they are relevant and they house a great deal of the eUK’s experience.

“A good idea is a good idea, no matter where it comes from.”

When any charge is levied, as it has been against this party and its leadership, I demand proof, and challenge those who refuse to provide it. No matter who brings a charge, or who it is against, my political compatriots or adversary. I always have, always will.

Oricgate
I have made my position on this known, but what I will say is that I will conduct myself how I believe a person in this position should.

In Closing

Find the best candidate. Vote them in.

I encourage anyone with a manifesto to link it below; the only thing more damaging than an apathetic voter is an uninformed one.

Also anyone interested in decrying me or my party, put up any proof you have if you expect me to respond. I do not feed trolls.
