Just something for those that saw it and for those that missed it.
It's not a big deal or anything but it's probably the best thing you could grab from yesterday.

The basic story is:

- Taiwan NE'd Japan.
- I set Taiwan as NE.
- The proposal came out saying I NE'd Russia.

Bug was later fixed.
