i have encountered a very strange situation and i exchanged a few emails with the ERepublik support team:

there are many other articles like mine and there no problem with it. Are you kidding me?!
i want you to erase my erepublik account and all my personal data stored into your servers.
This stoped to be a game a long time ago. Now it's just bullshit!

this is how you treat such a matter? by deleting my account? I presented my problem in ticket CEO-845739 and after that i came back with PUL-385107, but the first answer i got is if i'm sure i want you to delete my account?
gezz ... you're unbelievable ... this is not a customer care approach and you have no clue how to manage difficult clients. first of all i would like you to escalate this to a manager and after that i would like to get an answer to my case. Only when i get a response to those two ticket i'll decide if i ask for a refund and delete my account + personal data.

Till then ... your support center is the worst experience i ever had ... you make me sorry for spending my last 4 years playing this game ...

I don't know if you are the XXXXX manager or just another colleague of him.

Spam is most often considered to be electronic junk mail or junk newsgroup postings. Some people define spam even more generally as any unsolicited email. Real spam is generally email advertising for some product sent to a mailing list or newsgroup.

I believe that what you're doing it's called censorship ... my last article was not a spam, it was a call for help and i demand you to reinstate my previous articles, based on the fact that you don't respect my freedom of speech in this game.

I found incredible the way you close my tickets just to report to your superiors that you have done your work in short time. A ticket should be close only after the issue is resolved and you have an agreement on that.

I ask to re analyze this two tickets with your supervisors and i suggest to you not to be so stingy with words. i don't appreciate short answers and the lack of empathy for my situation.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still unsatisfied, I will be more than happy to make few clarifications for you with the hope that this issue will get resolved.

Firstly the tickets are not closed for statistical reason to show that an issue has been solved within short amount of time. Every time when a member of staff makes a reply to a ticket answering the players inquiry the ticket automatically changes the status to Closed, unless the issue is being forwarded or more details are requested from the citizen. If the tickets would be left pending, then we would not be able to address all issues sent to us by players as there would be few hundreds of them - some already answered and some not, hence we cannot change the way the system works to satisfy one citizen.

Secondly, spam can indeed be classified as electronic junk mail or unsolicited email in real life, but in cases of articles, comments or wall posts content cannot be classified as "unwanted". In order for New World to function in a mannered ways we created the Terms and Conditions and the eRepublik Rules, which by using the eRepublik.com Service you indicate that you have read, understand and accept them.
