What's right for eCanada.

There is one thing I have to say I have learned playing this game, that is how very little honestly there is in this world of erepublik. We all see scandal, deceit and cheating on a regular basis. So much so that it has become impossible to trust anyone. Funny thing is though, not one of us should be trusting one another anyhow. Think about it.
This "world" we are all a part of is without any sort of accountability whatsoever, as long as we follow the basic game rules. Break those and you get forfeit points or banned.Really, beyond that, eRepublik admins won't get involved, nor should they. Most of us log in, do our thing, fight if we can and move on to something else for entertainment. Some of us do more, write articles, chat on irc, read forums and investigate. Some seem to live at their computer. The one thing that everyone has in common is we begin to develop some familiarity with one another. This leads us to begin to trust, and when that trust is broken, we are shocked and angry.
Reality Check, this is the internet!
We really should not trust anyone.
Attempts to provide a system of law and order in the forums have proved to be ineffective.
Maybe it's time to begin to decrease the size of government in eCanada, the numerous orgs and all of the many hands in the pocket of the taxpayer. Less of a chance to ripped off.
Just some food for thought...
