Unless the real Winnie sold his account lately, I find this hard to believe. Look at any Ajay account and you will see they barely get involved in the military module. Winnie does indeed fight and train almost daily and has done since I started the game.

He may well be a political enemy to you and your party, but don't spread disinformation such as that to new guys.
