Ladies, Gentleman, and my alter ago;

Here is my manifesto for Party President for the upcoming month. Best of luck to all, I look forward to a fun and exciting election season within the Party.

Organisation

As we move into the election season, for Congress, and then for Country Presidency, we're going to have to work to get a lot more organized than we are currently. While I know the National Forums are somewhat dated (under-statement), they are a great place to keep logs of who is running for Congress, check activity within, and what we're doing as a party. In a game like Erepublik, even if we only use them for the Party itself, it will help us line out how we're doing. It also typically helps graphic development (if we can fix the graphics portion of the forum). I'd like to start at least organizing our elections there as we move forward. As we grow, if we warrant a discord server we can also look at that for live chat (probably need to be a bit more active at the party level first to be functional).

Activity

We need to look at recruitment, supplies, new player assistance, and so on as tools for party improvements. As we push activity, we need to find people who want to take on roles of identifying and helping new players, giving them guidance, and getting them to be more active.

Meritocracy

I was raised, so to speak, in Erepublik that you keep what you kill. Your level of dedication and activity, and your ability to learn, and play this game functionally dictates how successful you are. It should not be, however, dictated by who you know, or how long you've been around. I intend, regardless of my seniority, to work as hard as anyone else, and I would expect that of anyone who wants to be considered for leadership of this party. Our roots are based on cooperation, and successful implementation of ideas that work within our game mechanics (dating all the way back to the foundation of Government before it was an in-game function).

In closing, we need to begin to establish the foundation. We must look at our membership, and start to create dialogue, and coordination. We want to get back to our top spot having the most members, and we want to have the most MPs in the upcoming Senate elections, and we're going to do that by driving involvement.
