Two types of employers

I work every day, 2x a day, non-stop.

About 20 days ago my ex-employer reduced my salary twice, saying his costs were high.





I wrote to him asking politely to have my salary increased to the average of the market (5800), but he refused.



After quitting, I got a new job.

Out of the sudden, I received the good news that my salary has been increased without I even asking for it. Just because the employer recognized my efforts of working every day, 2 shifts.





Every good employee deserves a great employer. Shout out to JB!
