Recently your President Published an article about an org that he found , and had 3 mil cc in it . and he said that he took control of it and donated the money to your national Treasury .
I think you people of Usa deserve some explanation about the history of the org and how Iran had the control of the org in the first place .
3 years ago there was an army in your country that had some iranian players in it , After a while the commander of army resigned and gave the army to the iranian player named as Brave fighter and with the army he gave him the organization as well , he said that organization was for army and did not belong to your country ( ask yourself a question if BA knew that the org could be returned with just one ticket , would they put 3 mil cc in that org ? )
Brave fighter gifted the org to Iranian Army later named as Black academi , 2 months ago nader put 3 mil cc in the org so i can work on it in the monitory market and try to make it more 3 weeks ago we saw taht we are no more in control of this organization , We did not know that it was a gov. org so we did not really asked your Gov. about it instead we started talking about it to Admins and we were asking them and were waiting for a response till we saw the article that your cp published and proudly confessed to his rubbery .
People of United state of America , If we knew , that the org belonged to you we would have gave it back long time ago but when your governments after 3 years find this out then that was their ignorance , The org was givven to us under the name of a private organization of an army which was not belonged to usa .
I have to say I am sorry that we did not know it was your org and we used it , but i shall say waht your cp did was stg that Trump would do xD

So literally noone in Black Academi knew that CP can get access to any organization which belongs to his country with just one ticket?
We have some Organizations that belong to armies and a cp can not take control of those organizations , we thought it was one of those kind
that was in past after the change all org can be controled by cp/dictator just usually their is agrement about who uses org and here was none in this case
In a tournament admin gave some orgs to some mus and we thought it was one of those
CPs can get access to any organization, even in Iran. CPs basically hold the keys to all orgs of his country, and if CP asks admins to reset pw/email of an organization, they will do it, because admins don`t care about rental agreements or which org belongs to which MU etc.
The situation is dumb, but I`m surprised that this didn`t even cross your minds as a possibility, especially because we are talking about 3m cc.
i know about that mu orgs, but after some time those orgswer given to be controled by countries because mus earned to much from mm and usually the country lets te mu that won to control that org but i can change passwords and keep it for itself thats why orgs are allwayes empied on 4th until you cant make an agrement with new cp
no tr3los there is military mu's that was given to some mu during the one event. it is illegal for the dictator or cp to steal money from them.
Military units come and go, so does players and commanders. That is why CPs/dictators hold the keys to all organizations that belong to their country - because there will always be a CP. If it was otherwise, admins would not have reset the password/email. I`m not saying taking 3m cc in a shady way is a good thing, but holding that much money in a organization abroad isn`t smart either. Personally I`d like to see both sides finding some common ground, but I`m not the one to do it.
There are Military Unit organizations a CP/Dictator cannot be access to. I assume BA thought "their" organization was one of those.

3 years ago, there were no legal orgs belonging to the military units. Plato created army orgs as tournament gifts to high ranking military units much sooner.
In other words, 3 years ago, any org in the private hands were national orgs, either stolen or given away to non governmental entities or personnel.
It is lame of you to come up and claim that you did not know it was a national org.

And finally, national orgs and the money within belong to the nations that they were registered in. No ifs, no buts! Governments of nations have full moral and legal right to claim ownership of something they own. Period!

I was the CO of Rogue Squadron that handed the MU over to Brave Fighter after it was dissolved as a branch of USAF. I can assure you the RS org was not transferred to him. He was given permission to attempt a privatization of Rogue Squadron nothing more. He did not have the authority to give an org that wasn't his to anyone. This was just a little over two years ago.

That's true, they should never have used an org they did not have permission to use.
I like how some USA individuals want to spin this in a question of legality. Even if it were legal, no one cares whether the USA is a legal or illegal thief in this case. The question that is being asked is how does the USA consciously have the guts to take 3 million cc of another eNation / ePlayer. Whether it's legal or not, it is an utter disgrace and a showing of ultimate arrogance and any backlash the USA gets is well deserved.
