The endorsment program

I decided to start a program to boost media activity in Belgium. I am going to pay citizens based on the amount of votes they get (i won't take in account who published it or what the content of the article is). The idea is very simple. For every vote an article gets i will pay the writer 2 BEF. To clarify what i mean i will give you this example:

Article A has 18 votes, this means that citizen A will recieve 2 BEF for every vote. Therefore citizen A will get 36 BEF transferred to his account for his accomplishment.

This are the "rules":

- To recieve the money you have to be a Belgian citizen
- The article has to be published in Belgium
- Government org's will not recieve any compensation for their articles
- Any article that gained votes by "the voters club" will not recieve any compensation
- The article must be in French, Dutch, English or German
- This program counts for all articles published after this one so articles published today or yesterday will not recieve any money
- Articles asking for votes in return for weapons, food,... do not recieve any money*
- One article can only recieve up to 50BEF*
- Reposts of articles (including translations etc.) do not recieve any money*
- Articles posted by MU's will not recieve any money*

I will fund this program myself but i would highly appreciate donations for this program. I will make a donaters list at the bottem of this article to honor the people who give their money for this program.

As a final note i would like to put a French version of this article online (considering the recent baby boom we had i thought that this would be a good idea) but my French is a little bit "rusty" to say the least XD. Therefore i would appreciate it very much if someone could translate this article.
