Join the new world

Shock
I must admit, when I woke up yesterday at 6:30am and saw that I was leading in votes with 7, I was shocked. Now, I am just seriously mind-blown. Due to the fact that I am inexperienced in Congress, and this was my first term won, I'm amazed by the public.
I am glad that I was voted for, because it not only puts me in congress, but it means that there were very informed voters.



Top votes
I would like to start off with thanking everybody for their wonderful mail before and after the elections. The support from eJapan was amazing, and it really sent me a message. I was very glad to hear that many people liked my presentation (2 articles) and that I was putting in a great effort. To those people who did like my presentation, I promise to the best I can.

I am sending this out to my voters, thank you! I could not have made it into congress without the votes of people that are not in my party. With your support I made it into congress, and I hope I can live up to all of your trust. Thank you for making me the top voted!

Last but not least, thank you to those who gave me the moral support that got me through running in Kanto. This was an extremely gutsey move to run a first time, inexperienced, in Kanto. Without those beside me giving me the push to continue on, I would not be in this position today.



Personal Directed
Thank you Kokawa, from day one you never doubted me, and have been by my side. You soley supported me when others did not on other issues, and never gave up on me during Congress.

Thank you Geno, for encouraging me to stay in Kanto and run with courage. You are my hero, and I hope I can do you proud in Congress.

Thank you to Tohru who weeks before the election was trying to find a way for me to run, and who allowed some members from the parties below top 5 run under ISP. Without her people would not have the chance to run this term, and I would have probably not ran.

Thank you to Sora Daikichi and Kitarou Yuki for the most inspiring and encouraging messages during the election. Both of you had the best messages I read that say, and you really made me feel that my voice went unignored.



Message
So what was the message? Well the strongest point of my platform was that I wanted to bring the 'average citizen' out into politics more, and have them more informed. That is something I will start now, and continue throughout my term.

I may start going around to citizens aswell today, new and old, to ask questions about their country. As I said before, they will be related to your opinion on things such as: whats wrong with the country, how well a proposal is, etc. Afterwards I may post those opinions in my newspaper, without attaching any names. (If allowed by the person)



Voice
Now onto a more seious note. If anybody ever has a problem with something, but does not know where to start voicing there opinions, I will be glad to hear it. Upon hearing it I will either point you in the right direction, or send a message to one of the proper higher-ups and make sure it is not ignored. I will also publish articles for those that cannot.

The sad note
Many congresspeople have allready left. That means many gold-grabbers succeeded onto congress. I must say this is disappointing. There are more then enough people who did not make it onto congress, who I believe deserved to be. I wish that instead of those gold-grabbers it was them, but I suppose that is too late.
