Small countries need help

In eRepublik, there are several countries, what struggle to gain their freedom. Usually those countries are small and are bordered with big countries who see them as easy way to get more resources.
Lets look South America
Do you know what has happened to Peru, Paraguay and Venezuela?
and Europe
where is UK?
nothing great in Middle East
I don't see Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran or Pakistan
and Far East?
Do you know anything about South-Korea and Japan?
Those countries need help
It is time to make some changes in eRep. To help above mentioned countries, combat rules need to be changed.
It should be, that it is not possible to conquer country's last region. So, every country has at least 1 region and can function like real country.
It also gives new tactical perspective. You cannot any more just conquer countries, you have to consider more carefully, where to start war. also, you have to be quick. If one country has has 2 regions left and there are 2 countries trying to capture region, then only quicker can start battle
One more interesting question arises. For those countries fully occupied, what region should be liberated? In my opinion, it is that country's decision. That way some big countries might be in trouble, but it will be fun.

of cause, there is possibility of PTO. But if country has at least 1 region, then there is possibility of independence.

Mängu on meelega sisse pandud sellised detailid, et pidevalt oleks okupeerimine, sõda ja vaen.
Eks ta on õige küll, et pisikestel riikidel on raske ellu jääda, aga eks päriseltki on nendel eelis, kellel on rohkem raha, rohkem lennukeid ja tanke.
Samas on eEesti ja teised eBaltiriigid hea näide et väikeriigid korraliku kordineerimisega suudavad iseseisvust hoida.
