You can t put Kosovo as a region of another country when in real that country is lived by 92% ethnic albanians that wants to be part of Albania.
Admins of the game should have waited while Albania had a baby boom at first when was added as a country and hold that voting process after 2-3 months after being added, that's the reason that Albania has just 800 players today here because they quitted as long as admins are affected by serb money and it's not fair a voting 100 against 5000

For Kosovo and every country that will be added to this game isn't necessary to vote with pool or something else ! The regions are based in RL but the politics,economics and military module should be based ingame ! If Romania doesn't recognize Kosovo as independent that doesn't mean that Kosovo shouldn't be added ingame...as mentioned Ermal in this game doesn't playing only Romanian players so they will make what they can do ! But as everyone see that admins are favourizing Romania and Serbia !
