I'm writing this article so i can clarify some aspects regarding Romania's support in Nemesis MU action in the RW against Brazil.
在下于此撰文，意在澄清一些关于罗马尼亚Nemesis军团在巴西起义战中对抗巴西政府军的行动。

Firstly i want to make things clear, eRomania has nothing to do with Nemesis' action. They acted on their own, with no aproval from eRomania or something similar. Nemesis isn't a full member of the main decisional channel of the romanian army, so please do not blame eRomania for their act.
首先，我希望能明确表达的是，罗马尼亚国与Nemesis的行动并无关系。他们听凭己意行动，并未得到罗马尼亚国的许可或其他类似的支持。Nemesis军并非罗马尼亚国家军主要决策渠道的全权成员，所以请不要因他们的一己私命责怪整个罗马尼亚。

Secondly i found out about this conflict 2 hours ago, and since then i tried all posible ways to contact them and make them stop. I managed in the end to find someone, and they guaranteed me that they will stop fighting in the RW. So i can tell you that from now on they won't be fighting against Brazil anymore.
其次，在两个小时前我发现这场冲突之时，我便尝试了一切可能的方式试图联络他们，要求他们停止行动。最终我找到某些实权人物，他们向我保证支持起义战的行为将被中止。所以我可以告诉诸位，从现在起，他们不会参与反对巴西的战斗。

Nemesis is an independent MU and it's sole actions can't be considered eRomania's decisions, so please let eRomania out of this.

I personally apologize to the brazilian people, in the name of eRomania, and sorry for all the mess that has been created, even though we had nothing to do with it.

eBrazil - eRomania relationship has been a very good one and i hope it will be the same from now on. Let's not give ONE another reason to laugh at us, and let's show them that TEDEN IS UNITED.
巴西罗马尼亚两国关系一直非常良好，我同样希望从现在起能重续往日之亲善。我们不要再为ONE提供另一个笑柄，我们要向他们展示TEDEN的团结和睦。

I hope i clarified all the aspects, and i also hope things will calm down.
