Revive our Republic - Internal Affairs

Salut madams and monsieurs,

Internal affairs is, arguably, surprisingly even more important than external affairs; without an active Swiss community, without a unified Swiss community, it would be impossible to even deal with external affairs such as Switzerland’s military and diplomatic concerns.

And so, if I am elected as President, I want to set aside a large portion of my efforts towards Switzerland’s internal affairs. In order to increase activity, however, reviving the Swiss forums is crucial. Without a proper forum, the Swiss community does not have a practical means of widespread, public communication. Almost all countries have an active forum community, and yet, Switzerland is not one of those countries. Many citizens might be wondering why Switzerland continues to suffer from inactivity; well, the answer is simple: Switzerland does not have a practical means of communication. Thus, with the creation of a new and improved Swiss forum, I do believe that it is possible for the Swiss community to revive, to become active once more.

Furthermore, to address the threat of a future political takeover, I do think that it is important to really establish a firm and practical immigration system. We must be more careful with who we let into our country; there must always be an investigation on every single citizenship applicant, and there must always be a voting period for congressmembers to decide whether or not a citizenship application is safe enough to enter our country.

Lastly, reconciling Switzerland’s various political conflicts is essential to the livelihood of Switzerland. No longer may we continue to bicker over selfish, rhetorical issues. If we, as a people, do desire to survive in this vicious world, only through cooperation will we be able to succeed both in our military as well as diplomatic endeavors.

No longer shall we look in the past; together, we will invest in our future. Make your voice heard. Make your vote count. Vote Monsieur Guillontine for Country President! Revive our Republic!
