Sultans' authority was pity not only for other anatolian nations but also for Turkish people too. Anatolian peoples were driven to war because The fate of the Anatolian remained the order of a single sultan, prince made the rope to strangle or cut other prince's throat his brother prince, to be a sultan. But Sultan was not be god, there were no authority to controle sultan's false psychologic behaviors, but nobody had authority to say the truth. In 19.th century turkish genetic understood that one man sultan could not be choice for future. They were in action in european movement. But they weren't exact european but also asian, they could not have movement middle east style, because years of sultan did not give chance to creat middle east movement. They want to be awaken from sultans' or kings' age, awakening and having relation with neighbbors was blocked by historical bloddy authority of sultans or kings. People were blind by believe islamic sheriat system.
For that reason, turkish enlightened movement was enlightened but not exactly because people was medieval because of sultans.
For that reason, intellectuals could not achieve exactly public revolution.

Turks was in european Young Turk organizations,
Turks had revolution by independence war with Ataturk.
Turks was behind Socialist movement in 20.th century.

But Turks was not succesful exact.

three times turkish military took over the state of turkey.
They said "we took over for Ataturk" but they were supported by hidden hands of traditional medieval mentality. And turkish people had been controlled by medieval ottoman shadow.

If turks want to make real revolution, they have to evaluate past and they have to save the people from medieval shadow of past.

If they do not, they are using red mask of the ottoman genetic
