Play to Win!

Day 1,140, 13:40 Published in USA Canada by Thedillpickl
Hi kids!

This time around we're gonna take a look at how to be a winner in eRepuplik! If you are in a hurry just skip to the last section. But if not read on as this promises to be entertaining.

First for the Two Clickers.

Not a lot to say here. You log on, click 'work', click 'train' and ignore the PM from your boss with a link for Meals on Wheels begging you to improve your health. Why bother, right? After all, you're a winner!

Then the casual player.

You are adventursome. You want to explore and do stuff! Check out the Dept. of Education there are many things to learn and they can help you.

Now the fighter.

Ready to go kick some ass? Hang on buster, better get some help from Arm America. Read their latest article to see which battle they're handing out food for.

You say you want more blood and guts? Fill this out.

The bussinessman.

Way to many articles published in various newspapers across eRepublik to mention here. Just remember this: Real Life morals have no place in Game Mechanics. If you can't seperate the two you will fail. That dosn't mean you aren't nice to people, just sneakier.

And the politician.

Just keep doin' what you're doin'. No way that I'm good enough to give you any tips.

Good eCitizens, extra lettuce for you tonight!

Busy, busy, busy.

Now that you're all nice and busy...

How the Admins Play to Win!

That's right, GOLD. I started to put two and two together after the ERX/t'jelle fiasco. Did you happen to notice the 'PIN' number thing a week or so before Christmas? I thought it odd that the Admins were worried that 'someone' might tap into everybody's account. This was done to keep API's (like ER😵 from being able to access you account without your permission. The API would have a 'back door' to your account if they ever wanted to rob you. This way Admins won't be held responsible for stolen gold. Funny this safegaurd was put in place just days before failure of the companies in charge of this API.

Perhaps some of the improvments to eRepublik were not using up our gold fast enough.

> Healt kits cost 0.5g, 10x as much as food.
>'Instant defeat' missles for 1g.
> And the cost/benifit for missions.

The t'jelle bankruptcy should make all you tankers and politicians start paying RL money to supply your gold fix. After all, you can't be a winner unless you spend gold!

I've said my piece. What do you think?
