I want to be CP again!

This is my announcement that I intend to run for cp in our next elections. I am back on the campaign trail again. Here, I would like to impress upon you all what I can do with another month in the office as the president.

I think it's been a pretty smooth month so far. I spent a good part of it as a new cp, learning the buttons and finding my groove in office. I want to go for a second term in order to expand myself and use my current comfortability in the position to help the country even further. 

However, with this article, I would like to focus on what will stay the same, what I can do better, and what ideas I have to bring into my 2nd month of office.  Should you all decide to re-elect me.




First, I'll start with what will stay the same if I'm re-elected. 

I think the obvious continuation will be my cabinet. They have helped me immensely throughout this journey. They have covered me when I made mistakes, given me advice about sections of the game that I was not well versed in, and they have helped me grow as a player. 

Thee Dude, Paul proteus, Herr Vootsman, Pfenix Quinn, and Patanok will all stay as heads of their respective positions/departments. 

Thee Dude has been invaluable when it came to asking him for advice. He was the last president, after all, and he was key in helping me find my groove. I owe him for giving me the ability and knowledge I now have due to the experience he shared with me. 

Paul Proteus has helped me in ways I cannot describe. He's been a very helpful CoS. When needed, he gave me extra hands when more hands were needed. He has given me advice without scrutiny, even when my questions might have been obvious. Paul will be staying around to help me further and whip my departments when they need a jolt of energy. 

Herr Vootsman will stay for much of the same reasons as Thee Dude. He brings valuable experience, connections world-wide, and other than Paul, he's my main person to annoy. Voots' influence is irreplicable in American and world politics. His advice when it comes to foreign affairs is invaluable. 

Pfenix Quinn will stay because of his handsome looks and the imagination and effort he puts into weaving stories for our reading entertainment. PQ has aided me in communicating what this government was up to. Even if I did not write a single article myself, pq accomplished my goal of communication single-handedly. Someone like this, who can stay involved and interested, is invaluable to a government when communication is key. 

Patanok will stay as my MoD because he was an amazing behind-the-scenes military director. He volunteered to help organize our training wars inside our cores, and as long as he finds that fun, I don't mind exploiting his organizational skills. Patanok is a critical part of military planning and organization within the country.

Hopefully, with these explanations, you can see why I don't want to change anything when it comes to who I surround myself with. All of these people like this game, want to make our country better, and have valuable experience I aim to continue to exploit.



Now that I'm done showing you how amazing my staff has been and hopefully will be, I think it's time to take a look at myself. 

Communication has been a key part of my term. I want to continue, and increase our projection as a team. I have written a few articles this term and I want to write more. PQ has helped me a lot with communication, but if I'm re-elected, I want to do my best to increase my own personal communication as well as continue to milk PQ's brilliance.

Presidential game mechanics and organization were tough subjects that I learned during my term. We have many training wars, operations weekly, and movements we make as a country that require timing and knowledge of the regions we move through. These are all things I have yet to perfect. I have definitely made some mistakes. With the knowledge I have gained from my first month as a CP, I hope to learn from my mistakes and make these movements more efficient and precise where I can. 

If I am elected for another term, I will look to further improve in all the areas I've mentioned. I will use my own experience to guide our country to continued success and mitigated failures.



Why should you vote for me? I can give you a few reasons. 

I have experience now. Last month I was a new CP, but I'm not any more. I want to use my new found experience to guide our nation, think of new ideas, and further our country's progress. 

I have a cabinet that works together. As I've explained already, Everyone I've surrounded myself with is competent. They are not afraid to let me know if I'm wrong, and the experience they provide guides our nation clearly. 

Finally, I'm enjoying myself and I'm happy to be active. At the end of the day, this is a game. I'm not forcing myself to run because I feel the nation needs me to occupy this seat or because I want a number 2 next to my CP medal. I'm running again because I'm having fun, and when I have fun, I find myself to be the most valuable person I can be to the country. 

I hope I've convinced you all to vote for me again on March 5th. 

If re-elected, I look forward to leading this country for another month.

I am also always open to adding to my team and taking outside advice. If anyone is interested or has ideas to improve our country, please let me know.
