New Module, A Call To

Respected all. And everyone else.

Even though it is not under the jurisdiction of this ministry, I decided to take action regarding the latest change.

I've been reading articles in several different countries and I have come to a conclusion: not all the rules have been revealed so far.

I suspect there will be something that they had missed to point out, like pollution in the last resource wars.

Therefore, I call you not to settle anywhere, not just yet. We loose nothing if we wait, and we might gain a lot if we act together with a plan.

So far, Ouibster has published an article on Life in Kanto.

I would ask all of you that had not settled anywhere yet not to settle for the time being. All of you that did choose a place to reside in, please take screenshots and send them to me in a message.

My plan is to analyze everything, every region, bonus and whatever they might think of, and make a country-wide plan that would be used the best way possible, so that all of eJapan would profit.

There are still a lot of things that are not clear yet, ie. is it actually better to have one heavily populated metropolis, or is it better to have just towns all over the place; how much does it cost to travel, how much do you lose in practical terms of regeneration and stuff, did they include a defencive bonus for the more populated cities and so on.

Therefore I call you all not to settle anywhere yet. Let's make a strategy that will make eJapan better. Let's forget all the politics for now and work on this together. There can be no winners or losers here: we can either all win, or all lose.
