Yesterday saw IRC abuzz with debate about the predicted and ultimately unseen attack on London by the Canadians. It was thought that with both Ireland and Canada making headway through the eUK that Canada’s next attack would be London whilst Ireland circled through the East Midlands to the East of England trapping the UK capital in a vice of initiative.



The battle did not materialise as thought, with the Canadian attack instead directed at the EoE instead. However this perceived threat was enough to light the signals and, holding true to Alfarian Legend, the tank-of-myth clawed his way out from his mystical resting place somewhere beneath the ice fields of Canada and made his way to the eBritish Isles once more.

This move was still not enough to change the initiative in the Canadian war, but the Irish RW along with the battle for the East Midlands closed, close but, favourably for the defending forces. And while the RW for the South West of England hangs in the balance another has been opened up for the West Midlands.

Tonight will no doubt see London finally come under siege at around midnight GMT, but in the meantime Canada has, by surrounding London, cut off our resource bonuses and all but crippled the economy.
