MU Tournament Info Message: Fight Nights and DO Rewards

Day 2,003, 13:57 Published in Canada Canada by Plugson

For transparency sake and because some info had to be updated since the last round of PMs, I've decided to publish the info message being PMed to new arrivals at Captains of Industry. Feel free to leave questions in the comments about the programs we are running during the MU Tournament.

Just a note that only 2 pairs of people manage each program (Wilhem Klink, Randall Flagg, klop123, and Plugson), so things may get delayed or a bit muddled as we deal with the sudden influx of people for the tournament. We're hoping these rewards give eCanada a small boost to clinch that 50th spot we are within reach of. Many thanks for your patience and support thus far!

Hello,

Thanks for joining up with CoI as eCanada makes it push to earn a top spot in the MU Tournament. It is our aim to crack Top 50 in the New World so that eCanada can show how a small country can still have a big impact when we pull together.

To encourage higher damage totals and to reward those who go all in for the tournament, CoI has decided to double its regular rewards in our Fight Nights and Daily Order Rewards programs.

Here's how it works:

~~Fight Nights: Wednesday and Friday~~

Get top kills in your 'division' and win Q7 tanks.

The awards are based on kill counts the game registers and last the entire day. They are called “Fight Night” merely for the catchy name. Divisions are based on in-game rank (ie: Commander, Field Marshal), not like eRepublik divisions which are based on experience points. The divisions may be adjusted to account for recent changes in roster numbers, but here they are as normal:

Group A - Recruit to Commander
Group B - Lt. Colonel to General
Group C - Field Marshal to National Force
Group D - Legendary Force to God of War

Normally we hand out Q6 tanks, but during the MU Tournament, prizes will be Q7s.

1st in EACH division = 25 Q7s
2nd in each division = 20 Q7s
3rd in each division = 15 Q7s
4th+5th in each div. = 10 Q7s

Awards are given out the day after the fight contest (so Thursday & Saturday this week). More prizes/tanks will be given out in the Tanks-a-Lot random giveaway for anyone who fought on Wednesday or Friday but did not win in their division.

~~Daily Order Rewards: Every 3 days~~

CoI automatically tracks the kills each member makes every day and donates out supplies every 3 days based on each member's activity rates. Usually we give out 3 Q6 per day, but for the MU Tournament, the rewards will be 6 Q7 tanks per day.

How do I earn supplies?
Rewards are based on the number of kills you make each day. 25 or more kills (ie. completing the DO) will earn you 6 Q7 tanks per day. 24 kills and under will earn you 100 Q1 or Q2 food per day (Q-level dependent on supplies available).

How may tanks can I earn per DO Rewards supply drop?
You will receive up to 18 Q7 tanks every 3 days if you get 25 kills each day. 100 Q1/Q2 will be provided if you get less than 25 kills. No activity/kills will mean you do not receive rewards for that day.

When will supplies be given out?
We run on a 3 day schedule. The last drop was on Day 2001, so our next drop will be Day 2004/Thursday, then Day 2007/Sunday, and then Day 2010/Wednesday. You will need to stay in the MU on Day 2010 until we have a chance to record everyone's kills. In fact, it may be a good idea to stay around for the week after the end of the MU Tournament on Day 2009 for the x3 Energy Bars and Bazookas that we hope to win (and maybe more).

You don't need to do anything to be entered into the Fight Nights or DO Rewards programs. Our members will do all the record keeping and donations automatically and will include everyone who has recently joined the MU, too.
